I had not been to a real dentist in a very long time, and have quite a lot of problems with my teeth, so I was nervous, but they are wonderful! From scheduling the first appointment to getting in the office was smooth and uncomplicated. The office is clean and sanitized to the point you can smell how clean it is, which makes you feel calmer, all the staff was amazing and patient with me, The dentist listened to every question and concern I had, and responded in a genuine way, I felt so much better by the time I left, I felt I was heard and understood! I definitely recommend Aspen Dental of Dickson, Tn

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful I was in and out of there within about 30 - 40 minutes. They even got me in before my appointment time. On Sunday eating a piece of bacon I broke my top partial. I go back in next Wednesday to have a feeling put in and to make a new top partial. Did not get my old partials from Aspen dental it was my first visit to them. Was very impressed they all were very nice. Was also impressed with the dentist he did a lot of explaining so that I would understand what we were going to do. I will definitely continue to go back there not just for my partials but other feelings as well. I do highly recommend Aspen dental.

My top dentures look great feel great but my bottom dentures they said I'd be financed after first bill now I have financing and trying to pay office for what they couldn't finance while I'm trying to pay 2 bills the bottoms have my mouth tore up and bleeding have called 3 times can't get adjustment. Since I was tricked about financing I can't get my bottom dentures u feelnà if I've been scammed and have no bottom dentures u can wear scheduled an emergency appt on website when I went to appt I was told website emergency appt are for new patients only. The staff threatened to call police refused to fix my dentures at time of appt discharged me from aspen. They expect me to still pay financing and office but refuse to see me. The staff us so rude and insensitive and at this point I just want people can call the attorney General of tn

The dental hygienist and dentist were very nice and professional. I only had two concerns that I didn't voice out loud at the time. First, when getting intraoral x-rays of my teeth, it would be nice if the tech had at least offered me some paper towels to wipe the messy drool dripping from my mouth onto the lead vest without me having to almost beg for them. The intraoral device hurt the inside of my mouth, so the technician sprayed a numbing spray inside my mouth. The only thing that it did was numb my tongue. The spray tasted worse than oral gel, which made me not want to swallow my saliva. (I was practically gagging and thought I would throw up to be honest.) However, even when I did swallow, I still had a large buildup of saliva that ran down my chin when biting down on the device used for the x-rays. Talk about embarrassing! I apologized for the inconvenience I caused the tech over this, but I didn't feel like I received much compassion in return. I still felt pain from the device inside my mouth every time I had to bite down for the x-ray, but what could anyone do? Use more numbing spray? No thank you. I endured the pain, but I will in future DREAD this experience! Perhaps the tech didn't think of offering paper towels to me before I asked, but hopefully now they will think of doing this in the future. My second concern was having a maintenance worker fixing the vent inside the ONLY bathroom (for both men and women) in the entire dental office during office hours. This was definitely NOT the best idea. While I certainly understand that this may have been the only opportunity to get this job completed by the company hired for this work, having the maintenance worker looking very annoyed because I needed to use the bathroom, (thus interrupting his work) was a bit disheartening. I mean, I couldn't help having to go to the bathroom and inconvenience him. I understand his annoyance because I would be annoyed too if I was interrupted while working with a time limit. However, he should have known in advance that he would be interrupted since he was doing work in the only bathroom available to dental patients, and at least tried to not show his annoyance so easily. Even my daughter had to wait until we left the dental office to quickly go use the bathroom somewhere else. I couldn't because I was still being seen by the dental hygienist. That and I really needed to use the bathroom. Otherwise, I would have waited as well. I also understand this was an unusual occurrence and isn't likely to happen every time I go to the dentist, but if maintenance is being done on a popular spot such as the only public "facility" during office hours, then perhaps other "temporary accommodations" could be made? Otherwise, this job would be better completed "after hours". Thank you for allowing me to voice my concerns.

Wasted my time making an appointment to get my teeth cleaned to refer me to another dentist don't go to them just find an actual dentist. I will never recommend them to my friends or family they are completely worthless. Worst dentist office I've ever went to.

Teressa was so sweet and friendly and she knew her job well. She makes you feel at home and I wld recommend the staff and the Aspen dental group to everyone who asks for a dental place. I was so impressed. Aspen of Dickson TN, y'all need to keep Teresa, her personality it amazing and makes us feel at home and takes the stress out of hvg dental procedures. My husband had a tooth pulled at the Dickson, TN location. They broke 2 drill bits off in his mouth and sewed up. His mouth hurt him for 2 weeks, couldn't figure out why. Went to our local dentist, they said they couldn't do anything. Went back to Dickson Aspen to have his mouth ripped open to remove drill bits and then sent him a bill for everything. This place is a joke, avoid if possible.

I made an appointment several months ago for 3 appointments together on a Saturday. I was willing to wait just so that me and my 2 kids could be together. Today, 6 days before, they call to cancel and will "put me on a list" to call when they decide when they will be open on a Saturday. Rude, unprofessional and just unacceptable. I understand things happen but waiting until months later to call is ridiculous! They claim it was a call center mistake, which can happen, but how did you NOT notice this for literally MONTHS? We will move along to someplace that acts professionally. I should have known Aspen Dental was all about money and zero customer service.
