The girls were fast, friendly, and efficient. The whole experience was like I was at a day spa. The Dentist was very helpful and informative. She wanted to make sure I understood everything.
The office manager was also very helpful. She gave me many different options until I felt comfortable. I left that office feeling really good about my experience.

I was terrified to go in for my consultation. Mainly because I know I’ve neglected my oral health for years and given the state of my teeth, I knew it was going to be bad news. Everything went better than I could’ve asked for. The front desk was very welcoming, the techs and other staff were really thorough and uplifting. The dentist gave me hope, the office manager helped me get a solution I can actually afford and the hygienist was very thorough and sweet. I am very grateful for the women that helped me today and the solution that was made for my future dental health. I highly recommend.

I fill very thankful for the person who are at the Dickson office for responding to all my dental needs. They expanded all procedures and options available to me. They were very attentive to my needs and kept me well informed to the needs of service. I would 100 % refer all friends and family members to visit Aspen dental first and foremost.

They truly did a great job for me. I had all of my top teeth cut out and removed. They did a fantastic job removing them and making my top dentures. I'm going back in January to have my bottoms done.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband went to Aspen recently for an extraction and was in a ton of pain. At the appointment they said he’d have to take more antibiotics because of the infection even though he’d been taking antibiotics for a week, but that’s fine. The dentist also said they were going to try to pull it but if they couldn’t he’d have to get it cut out. He was then told to call the office back Friday to schedule his next appointment. Why could he not schedule it while he was there Thursday? No clue! Well go figure, they were closed Friday. The following Monday after an entire weekend of more excruciating pain they call him and tell him he’ll have to go see an oral surgeon. What happened to trying to pull it? Why wasn’t that determined the previous Thursday when the dentist sawww the X-rays? Aspen has always been a joke. They care about money and how quickly they can clock out. My own experience years ago: went back to have my temp crown taken off and permanent one put on and the dentist couldn’t get it off, put me in a world of hurt trying to get it off then when it was ALMOST off she glued it back on and sent me packing saying another dentist was going to have to do it because she couldn’t! That’s crazy! Don’t waste your time

This was my first appointment at Aspen dental and this was the best experience at a dentist office I have had yet. It’s hard to say who was the best but the Lead DA Shanelca and Emilee the Hygienist was very informative and so helpful in explaining everything.

We found Aspen on our insurance website, made an appointment online. Day of the appointment it took 2+ hours for x-rays and a consult. Then I was told the office takes my insurance but the doctor doesn't. They want full price for the work I need. I wasnt mean or rude but expressed my frustration looking for the problem to be resolved but got no where. I have left messages for the office manager asking for a return call but they won't l return my call. Now I get to start all over looking for a dentist.

Would give zero stars if it allowed
My husband had an appointment yesterday with Aspen Dental. When making the appointment I was very clear that he needed a tooth pulled while there. They did tell me that same day service was not guaranteed. I assumed that meant there may be complicated circumstances that would require maybe an oral surgeon.
He was having trouble with one tooth and wanted it extracted. He took a half day off from work, drove 35 miles to get there. Once there, they xrayed every tooth in his head, from every possible angle, ran intraoral 3D scans and images. Then had him go to a consultation room where they agreed the tooth he wanted removed needed to come out but in their opinion he needed several other teeth out as well. Also would require 3 therapy sessions and a maintenance appointment after the therapy visits. This could all be done for nearly $7,000.00. My husband reiterated that he just wanted this one tooth extracted. They told him that they could do the extraction but they would have to schedule an appointment for the next day because they didn't have time at that moment.
If they hadn't spent over an hour looking for problems that he wasn't complaining about and trying to upsell him they could have xrayed the one tooth and extracted it. Instead, they billed our insurance, charged us the coinsurance fee, cost a half day of work and a bunch of mileage to have nothing done, and be expected to come back the next day! Not going to happen....never going back.
If you're thinking of going to Aspen Dental for a specific problem don't plan on having the problem taken care of right away, however, if you're looking for a sales pitch you'll leave happy....still in pain but happy.

I have to reveal, I was beyond terrified of a dentist. But as soon as I got there the staff was so friendly, so very accommodating and warm, I stopped shaking, my anxiety calmed way down and I felt as if I had known them for my whole life! I love meeting people I've "known forever".
