I highly recommend Dr. Brown and his amazing staff for your dental needs. My kids (teenagers) love him and can’t get over how fast he is at fillings and other procedures. We are all pleased with the results. The entire practice works as a team that strives to make each visit quick and painless. The wait time is minimal, if at all, so every one receives the care that is needed. Dr. Brown and staff are such assets to our community. I am so grateful that we found this practice. If I could give a Zero Star I would. So unpleasant! We went as a new pt. for my 14 yr old. We get there, fill out paperwork, they call her name, and WE get up to go back and I was informed parents arent allowed back. I said I want to be in room when doc sees her. The hygienist said He (doc) would come talk with me. I agreed. Now we are also there for a specific reason (possible TMJ, daughters jaw has been popping for a few months and it hurts her). I wanted to explain this to doc. I dont think a 14 yr old should be relied upon to do this as she is a minor. Well she goes back, they "clean" her teeth and not but 20 mins later my daughter comes out and tries to explain to me what the doctor told her. They did not come to get me nor did the doctor come out and speak with me. I know he wasnt busy because he was standing at front desk talking with the other employees about one of them taking a vacation. Right before we left the hygienist comes out and tells me to come back in 6 months. She told me what daughters xrays showed, said nothing about the jaw popping until I mentioned it and then said the doc said it was normal because her wisdom teeth were coming in and to give it 6 months and then if not better they would send to a orthodontist.
My daughter said the doc was rude, talked over her, didnt listen to what she was saying and was just not nice.
We will not back! The doctor should speak directly with the parent and not to the teenager who probably half understood what was being talked about.
