Samantha was absolutely amazing! Coming from a dental background, dental appointments have always been important to me. This office has the best staff who literally make you feel like you’ve known each other for years and not a stranger. They are like family themselves and you can see it by the way they interact with each other. I would HIGHLY recommend this dental office to anyone and everyone! Thank you for an amazing first visit, and believe it or not I can’t wait to come back :)

I have been a patient of Dr.Brown for 20 years he straightened my teeth, I now have a beautiful smile. The office is always clean and professional staff as well. I recommend this team to everyone.

This was the first visit for both my sons. They were both very happy with the hygienist and the visit(no cavities). The facility was very clean and professional. The receptionist was nice and helpful. Overall a great experience.

I had a wonderful experience, especially on my last visit. I am pregnant and had an issue after previously having all of my back teeth removed at another location.

They were able to schedule me for the next morning, after getting a release from my obgyn. And then I missed the appointment! But they called me right back when there was a cancelation and were able to fit me in to the next available, 30 minutes from my original apt.

Because of my lateness I was extra sensitive to the time.
I walked in at 9:56am, answered some covid questions and had my temp taken. Everything was clean and labeled right down to the pens, which I appreciated more than I would have realized.

I got back in my car by 10:11.
They took an xray, the dentist came in immediately, they discussed everything with me and explained the xray results really well. I recieved a rx for an antibiotic and was out the door with a newly scheduled cleaning.

I have never felt so fully taken care of by a medical professional, and so quickly at that.

Everything from the setting, to the employees attitudes, to solution and speed were impressive.

I had really severe dental anxiety before finally finding American Family Dentistry. The original location I attended and had a lot of work done at is now relocated, however I am confident that this location will be my go to dentist from this point forward.

The wait was a little long, but I don’t place blame on them as I am a new patient and it was a emergency visit. It was my first dental experience that didn’t make me feel like I was gonna go broke in one visit or just overwhelmed. They addressed my immediate issue and put me at ease. Both the hygienist and dentist were respectful of my overall plan for dental care given my dental history. I felt heard for once. They even suggested a partial that snaps on looks like a denture instead of the metal one. That blew my mind away. I have been so close to just pulling all my teeth and they both made feel comfortable enough to consider other options. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Although the dentist and hygienist are nice and good at their jobs, I will no longer use this dental office because of their billing department. I have been going here for 8 months, and they have had a problem filing my insurance for 8 months. I have a primary and a secondary dental insurance and this dental office has messed up filing every time. This has caused me numerous headaches as somehow they informed my insurance companies that I had two health insurances which caused my health insurance to stop payment on a major surgery that I had. After having to call both of my dental insurance companies multiple times to clear up the confusion of which company should receive a claim first and which paid for what, I am still getting bills for the entire amount of services (neither insurance paying). This is after calling the office and being assured that they were just waiting for the primary insurance's response so they could send it to the secondary insurance. A month has gone by and I have received another bill for the full amount. No more. This has become a nightmare for me. You need to train your billing person better or hire someone else. I will no longer use your services anymore because of this.

I had the best dental experience ever today I had a extraction done and they was very patient and made sure i was numb then took her time to remove the tooth. I used to fear the dentist but after seeing... Tiffany Morgan.. I believe I will never have the fear of dental work...( as long as she is my dentist...) Also the receptionist was awesome they helped us get a discount to save us money so in my eyes these guys go above and beyond and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a GREAT dental experience....

First I want to let everyone know that the old dentists who worked here (that have received a bad review), are no longer there. Dr. Brown and his staff are amazing. He's been our dentist for 8 years now and has treated our faimly with wonderful care. I would recommend anyone go to Dr Brown.

I take my nephew Cameron here and everyone has been nice and friendly & do what they can to make sure he gets the care he needs.

Teresa, the receptionist went above and beyond helping my husband and I yesterday. Miranda, the hygienist was nice and also gentle with her cleaning. However, Dr. Jones was rude. He was unprofessional, condescending and rude. He didn't answer my questions and tried to intimidate me into getting all the work done regardless if my insurance covered it or not. At reception afterwards, I requested to change to Dr. Morgan. Hopefully, she will have a professional, polite approach. I haven't met her so the jury is still out on that. I wish the exit desk wasn't in the lobby because I didn't want to air my complaint in front of other patients.
