Staff was very nice but the business is run poorly. I had a root canal and a temporary crown installed. One month later I arrived for my permanent crown only to find out that they didn’t have it. The company that supplies the crown never received the impression. Fast forward one month (today) I came in for my crown and it doesn’t fit. So now I am on my third temporary crown and have to wait another month. Every time I come in for my appointments, I spend more than an hour past the appointment time before being called back. I’m shopping for a new dentist.

Had a pleasant experience at Dove Family Dentistry. Dr. Kim and the hygienist that assisted him were very kind and attentive, making sure that I was as comfortable as possible. The entire staff including Dr. Dove are very nice and professional. They take the fear out of going to the dentist.

My first visit and I can truly say Friendly Staff. The wait time wasn’t bad at all considering I was first time walk in. The whole process was Great. Mr. and Ms Dove was also thoughtful and amazing. Mrs. Marquise very friendly, greeted me with a smile, showed me how to do the necessary steps on my phone for my paperwork to be checked in. The 2young ladies that saw me on the back, the one that did my xray was very professional & polite & the young lady that explained my dental xray to me was very professional also, the bathroom was very clean & I WILL BE A FUTURE PATIENT, EVEN THOUGH I WAS LOOKING TO MEET MR.
