Not the best, I had my appoint at 10:30am i was still waiting 12:10pm. Many patients were leaving at 12 they were there waiting before 10am. Not the first time I have to wait for almost 2hrs.
If you come to this location be prepared to a long wait.

I went to Dove Family Dentistry on a Saturday due to a tooth causing me excruciating pain and the Dentist and Staff at Dove Family Dentistry treated me like I was a part of the family. The overwhelmingly helpfulness and friendliness of the entire staff made this the best experience I believe I have ever had at a Dentist office. They got me in quick when I had a toothache but Dr. Henderson didn't think my tooth was able to be saved. Dr. Dove did yet he let the doctor who didn't think so perform my service. The dental assistant was sweet but she didn't do my build up right and it cracked in half 9 days later. No I was not eating on that side of my mouth because I was still in pain. They had me there all day. They scheduled me a week outside the time my crown was expected to come in and it still didn't arrive on time. They moved the date back 2 days to allow extra time. When I came in I was supposed to get a cleaning and my crown so that I could be done with the dentist in 2 visits. They were trying to jack up the price of my cleaning (strike 1), they couldn't find my crown that had just come in (strike 2) and when they found the box no crown only a note that said the lab couldn't do it! (strike 3)...also I thought when you get a root canal the nerves were being removed so why is it that I can feel pain still? Nice people but I can't recommend their services.

A friend of mine was recently an extern here for Dr. Dove. He was VERY VERY RUDE TO HER and had such a disgusting attitude. He said things to her such as “you either know how to do an X-ray or not” “You work for me, not for my son” and so many more rude remarks that I don’t even want to repeat. He is a very arrogant and upright disrespectful dentist and person to work with or for. Please do not support this man and give him your hard earned money. There are other great dentists such as Dr. Zambrano in Cordova & Dr. Kutas on Highland They are the best dentists ever! with such positive attitudes towards everything and most importantly they’re work!
