I was there as a new patient for cleaning and sit there 3 hours before being seen, once finally called back and X-rayed, I was told again to wait in lobby for another 30 minutes, once called back again the dentist checked me and sent me to the area for my cleaning only to be told they didn’t have an available spot at the moment and I would have to schedule cleaning on another’s day, after sitting there for hours just to be told this!! IM NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Dr. Dove and team at the Covington Pike location were very helpful I had to have a tooth that was giving me the blues dealt with. My treatment was to have the tooth extracted. Went it in pain for appointment on time and after being checked in and waiting and hour and a half I still hadn't been seen therefore I I cancelled...it was really ridiculous. The waiting room was filled with people who most of them had been waiting just as long. Why schedule so many people if you can't see them within a suitable amount of time.
