OMG, I love Dove Family Dentistry and the emphasis is on "Family". The staff completely welcomes you and puts ease to any fears you may have. Dr. Dove is hilarious and he's an excellent medical professional. I love this office!!!!! I visited once and was hooked and now my entire family goes. They are adult and kid friendly........ go by there today!

This was my first visit at Dove Dentistry. Came in with a very painful tooth ache. At that very moment the doctor told me I needed to save the tooth and get a root canal. I was in severe pain! I went to two other dentistry and they turn me away! They told me I could come back in the morning! That was unacceptable to me! I listen to the radio V 101. Stan Bell always advertise the Dove Dentistry. I Googled the address and it was the Covington Pike address closest to where I was. The Dove industry accepted me even though they closed at 3pm. I was able to see a dentist! There were no frustration by the staff and everyone treated me with the highest respect. I also received the best information by one of the Dove Brothers about my situation. Thank you Dove Dentistry for caring about people. THANK YOU!

My experience today July 19,2021 was not a good one the workers on That Friday before gave me a false information about the amount that I owe for that day.The lady that cleaned my teeth was great and the person, the receptionist. gave me someone else information and wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing I need for your staff to get it together.

My first experience at Dove Family Dentistry was amazing! Dr. Kim, along with the staff that I encountered, were friendly, warm, and professional. Dr. Kim went out of his way to calm my nerves, while he did an exceptional job on my dental work. Unfortunately for me I have to return, but I can rest knowing that I'm going to be well taken care of at Dove Family Dentistry.
Since my first review, I have become an established patient at DFD. It really saddens me to have to update my review with an unfavorable undertone. My last visit at DFD was HORRIBLE! I complained of constant pain and discomfort caused by a missing filling and a broken tooth. Instead of being seen by a dentist after x-rays were taken, they gave me an appointment FOUR weeks out. I left the clinic the same way that I came in -- in pain. I made an appointment with another dentist and will make this office my new provider. Thanks for the memories DFD!

The ENTIRE staff , including Dr. Dove himself as well as the doctor from the Oakland office who was helping, was so personal and welcoming. It was refreshing. I was shaking, literally, for the services I needed (extraction) and elected oral surgery, so I had to get a referral, but they eased my regret and was so understanding.
