Never go here!!! ALL THEY DO IS TRY TO GET MONEY FROM YOU! I was told I needed to have a periodontal cleaning and my insurance wouldn’t cover it and then I was told they would NOT give me my second cleaning because I didn’t have a periodontal cleaning although my insurance covered two a year. Went to my new dentist yesterday and they told me that I didn’t need a periodontal cleaning and my gums are perfectly fine. Also I had to get a filling and it fell out a month later and they told me just to get my tooth pulled?!! It’s a little bitty cavity and if you knew how to do your job AT ALL then the filling wouldn’t come out and they charged me!!!

I should also say that I had a cavity filled at least 8 years ago and it’s still there no problems ( not at this place)

I hadn’t been to the dentist in about ten years, partially due to lack of insurance and partially due to anxiety. The staff were all very sweet and Dr. Le was very helpful and explained everything so well. I know that it was neglect on my part for my teeth not being so great, I have some bone loss in my jaw and receding gums from neglecting my oral care. This makes my teeth very sensitive due to root exposure. But Dr. Le and Beanna (hygienist) made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. Beanna asked if I was ok at the slightest sign of discomfort and made sure I was properly numbed when needed which has been a big part of my issue with dentists in the past. She was also very thorough with her cleaning making sure she didn’t leave anything behind. The cleaning took a while but they didn’t even blink at it and took it in stride with me without rushing. They both answered ALL my questions and made sure I was completely informed about my oral health. Jamie, the office manager came in and talked to me about payment options since my insurance didn’t cover 100% of the cost and got me approved for a line of credit with zero percent interest for a year. She was incredibly helpful and we had a good conversation as well. I have never EVER said I enjoyed going to the dentist but this office is a gem! I will be returning as a happy patient in January for my next appointment.

Very Disappointed. I came here only because my insurance had changed and my trusted dentist was no longer covered. The office is very nice and the staff was friendly, but when they started telling me that I needed a "deep cleaning" for an out of pocket cost of $600 I was done. BTW...no cavities, they just implied my teeth would fall out. So I went back to my dentist and surprise, no issues. Just typical gums and teeth for a healthy 35 year old. Needless to say I'm sticking with my old dentist and paying the out of pocket for a cleaning.

I had a very positive experience here. I was very anxious about my procedure, as I had a lot of bad experience with dentists in the past. But I must say, Dr. K is extremely nice, did a wonderful job explaining my procedure to me, and gave me great tips for better recovery. The staff was also very supportive. The dentist was easily reachable. I highly recommend this office.

BEWARE!
This place is AWFUL! My Husband came into have his Teeth Cleaned, and the Hygienist was so harsh that she dislodged a partial that was attached to a Implant. He called them and they told him that they were unable to see him only as a work in the following week and that he could possibly wait a long time, such a disgrace! He got a appointment the next day with another dentist, and he ended up having to get 2 Implants, They took NO responsibility for the Damage! He will never be going back there again. They seemed to show NO CONCERN WHAT SO EVER!

Loved coming to this office! First time visit was great I use to be a dental assistant and I am very picky with my dental care , all my needs were met here , doctor explained all my questions and dental hygienists was very knowledgeable and extra careful with her work she made me and my husband feel very comfortable. Will definitely be our primary dental office!

I went to another dentist to get a filling replaced that popped out while flossing. My old dentist advised I must have X-rays and an evaluation first. After paying for that (plus a cleaning) they offered to schedule the filling one month out IF I prepaid 50% on a price that was more than double the rate they were contracted to on my Carrington discount plan. At Murfreesboro Modern Dentistry I got another evaluation and X-ray plus the filling done in only 3 hours at approximately the same cost as the deposit required for the one filling elsewhere. Save time and money, call these guys first!

Dr. Kerbaugh, is amazing! I have severe anxiety during dental visits, but not now! Dr. Kerbaugh & the staff at the Murfreesboro office are very professional and knowledgeable! But more than that she truly cares!!
Knowing my anxiety Dr. Kerbaugh watched my every move and made sure that I was totally comfortable during my entire procedure!
After my visit, Dr Kerbaugh herself called me at home to check on me and make sure that I was feeling ok.
That kind of care and concern is unheard of these days!! I will definitely be returning for all of my dental needs!! I am only changing my review due to the office staff and lack of communication. I prepaid approximately $700 for the second half of my mouth to be completed on a second visit. However due to a death an emergency I had to cancel the appointment. I was told that the prepaid money would set there until I was ready. When I called all to reschedule my appointment I was told there was no credit on file. There was a new office manager who has repeatedly told me she would research and get back to me!! Months have passed and no response even though I have called a couple of times!!

Wonderful service on my tooth cleaning! Very personable, and made the whole process much better than my other experiences at the dentist!
