My family and I have been seeing Dr. Johnson for years. It’s always a pleasure to go and have cleanings and any other dental work done. The whole staff is always very nice and professional.

I had an excellent experience here. First time getting dental work done in years and years. No judgement, just encouragement.

Dr. Johnson was personable and friendly and really made me feel like I was making the right choice. Set out a treatment plan and provided multiple options and recommendations. It felt like something I could follow through with as well.

My hygienist Kendra did and excellent job talking me through the deep cleaning, and informing me of the best way to go forward with my treatment. It was enjoyable to see the before and after pictures and see all the progress I made.

I've seen some negative reviews on here and I think it comes down to people not wanting to own up for their own failures. I didn't get dental work done for 22+ years and that's my own fault. My opinion is that people don't like to hear that they aren't taking good enough care of their teeth and mouth and they take it out on the staff. I highly doubt it is the staff itself.

Go to the Dentist. Go to this Dentist. They will take excellent care of you.

My experience as a new patient was AMAZING! I was there for my nine-year old son annual exam and I decided I will be coming for my own services as an adult, too in May 2022. Tiandra, the office manager, was very thorough and kind upon entering the building. I actually was a little confused with where to find the office but when I called Tiandra was very sweet with leading me in the right direction to find the office. So FYI, the building is on the side of where Potbelly Restaurant is in Arlington Highlands and it was two double doors you enter and you will see Dr.Johnson sign outside of the double doors( Happy Smiles). Bingo! You are in the right place! Vanessa, they hygienist, was sweet and gave a report of the exam once completed. Lastly, I met Dr.Johnson and she was just so kind and complimented my son on how well he did. Overall, I just love the environment of the office, clean, neat, efficient and family-friendly. As a team, they know how to provide amazing customer service and explain the services, to you as a patient. I can't wait to be back and will make sure I recommend to people I know who are new to the DFW area.

Came in for a routine checkup and clean today. Erika was my hygienist. She was very professional and thorough with her work, and made you feel very comfortable to be at the office. It's always a great experience with the staff at this office. 10/10 recommend!

Each and every time I visit happy smiles they're very professional and Curtis, especially the young lady who did my cleaning, can't think of her name, however she's moving away to Tennessee. I'm so disappointed hearing of leaving,nevertheless I wish her well,and looking forward in visiting happy smiles 2022, Marry Christmas and happy new year.

Kendra was my hygienist and she was great!! She’s super sweet and gave great explanations on what she was doing and why. We also had a good friendly conversation so it made me feel more comfortable about my visit.

I had an appointment scheduled 6 months ahead of time for Monday September 5, 2022. I received numerous text messages and email reminders starting 1 month prior to the appointment. I arrived at the office only to then find out the office was closed for Labor Day. Very frustrating and annoying!!!

I first visited for an emergency service after a crown broke, I found the office online and saw good reviews. Since then I've been in for a cleaning to establish myself as a regular patient. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful and work with my crazy work schedule. If you're in need of a dentist around Schaumburg I'd recommend here.

Very professional and clean. Very friendly service, love the workers up there. Dr. Johnson is the best, she treats you like family. Bri is pretty awesome too, she’s always willing to help and make sure the customer feels comfortable. And I forget the lady’s name that does my cleanings, but she’s always also very friendly and talkative, which is nice. Definitely recommend them, you won’t be disappointed.

My daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Kellie Johnson for several years and are very pleased with our experiences. The staff is friendly ( Kendra thanks for helping me relax by keeping me informed every step of the way), wait time is minimal and the property has a modern design. I like that's it's on the 2nd floor and that I can gaze out the window from the patient room. It helps ease anxiety. I would highly recommend Happy Smiles for your family dental hygiene.
