I went to my appointment at Happy Smiles. I came in HAPPY and left HAPPIER. Dr. Johnson is the friendliest, kindest, most warm-hearted and caring doctor. The front office staff is ON POINT. Their kind with excellent customer service skills. I know that dentists can be very busy and don't always have a lot of time because of their job, it keeps them super busy. She was able to stop by and chat. It warmed my heart and left me full of joy to know that she will be my forever dentist. Dr. Johnson of course, has the knowledge, consistency, drive, and passion for what she was created to do. Thank you for going to school, staying in school, and graduating. Thank you for opening up your practice. It feels like it was just for me. I'm excited for my next appointment. EVERYONE BOOK NOW! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. THANKS DR. JOHNSON

The staff was amazing and Dr. Johnson was the best. I had to get a tooth pulled and I got super nervous and she calmed me down.

As a new patient of Dr. Johnson’s, I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the receptionist, Sandy to the hygienist, Kendra, I was greeted and felt so welcomed. Kendra was excellent and was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. I also met with Dr. Johnson and she is phenomenal! She is extremely kind, funny, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcomed. I’m so happy I made the decision to choose Happy Smiles, and more proud to call Dr. Johnson my new dentist!

We’ve been going to Dr.Johnson for 4 yes now and our last visit was to fix some cavities my 4 year old has. Is my first child
So I DONT have any knowledge on the kind of procedure it would take to get that fixed. I went to the appointment and when the nurse called us I was told I wasn’t allowed with her (SHE IS 4 YEARS OLD AND CANT ADVOCATE FOR HERSELF) I told the nurse I wasn’t comfortable with that and she told
Me that the reason behind it was that “the kids act up when their parents are around” (RED FLAG) she said she would talk to the doctor and see what she says. They left me waiting for 40 min, the doctor came out and grab other patients , same with the nurse and nobody talk to me or said anything. I proceed to ask the receptionist and she THEN told me that’s their policy and that the doctor wasn’t going to allow me in with my daughter (who has never act up in their office and is the sweetest child). I told her that I would canceled everything and she told me to call my insurance to see if they would have anyone that allows parents in the room but that is not usual and “good luck with finding someone” I never cause drama but I believe if you work with kids you need to make sure their parents know that they are not allowed with their 4 year old while having a procedure done ( which I didn’t even know what was the procedure going to be because I wasn’t told anything, just signed here and let your child go in by them self) I’m extremely disappointed and I won’t say I don’t recommend them but I they either need to stop taking kids in or they need to provide every information prior to the parents coming in and having to leave their 4 year old by them self getting a procedure done without their safe place or safe person (which is their parents) because they act up when parents are around. Definitely not going back, I wasn’t taken care of as a parent what make me think that my kid was going to be taken care of ones the door closes.

Best experience I’ve had at a dental office! From the moment I walked in, the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. Brie was awesome and gentle with the x-rays. Kendra is the best hygienist I’ve seen. She was very thorough in her explanation of what she was doing and why, and followed through with extra attention to details. Recommend her 100%! Dr. Johnson is awesome and actually look forward to getting all my dental work done by her! Happy smiles is #1
