It's beyond ridiculous that my daughter had to have cavities filled and wants nothing more then to leave and come home and one of the hygienist demands she gets on Google and leaves a review before she could go. And told her what to say on top of that. Wow. The dentist has not seen my daughter the past 3 visits. Was told she was in surgery last visit then we called was told we are sorry the dentist was unable to see your daughter because she was doing some online training. Get your story straight. Yall use to be great what happened?

I will not recommend this business or will I return. My first and only experience was a disaster. The main compliant I have is a safety and security issue. The staff told me that their policy is not allowing parents back in the back with their child. I’m not saying anything bad about the people however my kids are young and I would like to supervise while my child during a procedure. I went for simple X-ray and cleaning. One of my kids suffers from social anxiety and the only way to keep in calm is me his father. After my oldest son told them and I told them they still refused to let me back there and be with my son. Older kids I get it, however my youngest are 6 and 8 years old and were a bit terrified of going. To say you want a 6and 8 year old kids to trust another human being that they never seen or encountered before is absurd. After telling them numerous times, they didn’t and wouldn’t do the exam my kids needed.
