Dr Evans is amazing. She takes time to explain what she is doing and what to expect . I would highly recommend Advanced Family Dentistry for a great dental experience.

It was a good experience as a new patient. As a new patient, the appointment usually runs long, and it did. The service was great and all personnel were very friendly. The issue (4 rating) upon arriving to my appointment was initially slated for Dr Gerhardt but without being told upfront, I was being seen by Dr Evans, who was great in her own right. I was offered to switch back after it was explained why the switch occurred in the first place. I said I understood and it’s all good.

When I walked into the office after being gone for almost 3 years due to the pandemic. I was frankly a little concerned about how I would be greeted. To my wonderful surprise I was greeted with hello Sue glad to see you which immediately made me feels very special. The staff is very professional, caring and demonstrated concern for my overall health and wellness. I have a new female dentist and hygienist both of whom were excellent. I highly recommend this business to anyone that will listen. They rate five stars in my opinion.

more friendly and nice. The second time I was was able to talk and have a good experience with the dentist he was very friendly and explained in detail all the questions I was asking. I will recommend Advance Dentistry to my family and friend…as long as you talk with the dentist.

They run like clockwork. Had to wait less than 2 minutes. Their appointment reminding system is superb as well. Amazing bedside manners. Attention to detail. Compassionate. Been coming here for 4 years and will continue to come here.

This place used to be great. But my last visit was a reminder that it’s gone down hill rapidly.

My last visit they took me to a room at the very back with a broken light, old ripped up seats, and dirty looking walls. It’s weird because other rooms don’t look like this, why do they keep a dingy unclean room in the back?

So anyway they take me there, the woman I got literally forgot to use suction and water to clean my mouth, I had to tell her that I don’t prefer to have blood pooling in my mouth.

I told the Doctor six times I wanted a new mental permanent retainer and maybe braces but he tried to upsell his weird patented plastic retainer thing, completely unrelated to what I wanted.

The fee for not showing up to an appointment is $75 so for busy moms, people with spontaneously schedules, and anyone who doesn’t want to pay almost $100 for a service you didn’t receive should go elsewhere.

This place should be ashamed of the nose dive it took.

We love our family dentist Gerhardt! My husband has seen Dr Gerhardt for almost 25 years. Our children also saw Dr Gerhardt when they were 9 years old until they graduated from college. Our children still saw him once in a while when they came home to visit us and needed some dental work.
Dr Gerhardt is one of the best Dentist in town! Coupled with a background in orthodontic, and being an orthodontist instructor he’s very skillful to make beautiful dental crown, bridges, veneers that last for lifetime. Dr Gerhardt has done my 5 unit bridge more than 15 years ago, and mine is still good! Dr Gerhardt is very patient, caring, detail oriented, professional and a brilliant dentist. My husband was very impressed with Dr Gerhardt’s treatment during his recent visits a few days ago for his denture!!
His staff is also so sweet, and wonderful!! My husband needs deep cleaning every 3 months and love his hygienist at Advance Family Dentistry. What a good team!! In short, we are very happy with Dr. Gerhardt and his staff! If you need a dentist, he’s the one. Being a pharmacist, working in the healthcare profession, I understand how important it is to find a good, smart, caring dentist and doctor!! We would strongly recommend Dr Jeffery Gerhardt!! Always a great experience. Friendly staff and dentist/hygienist. Gail is the best (hygienist).

Removed old crown and determine that replacement crown might last 2 years. Decided best to pull tooth. Dr. Evans and Dental Hygienists very professional and pleasant to be around. Office staff is excellent and makes you feel very comfortable.
