Dr Guan is very patient and help me and my husband a lot.

I tried to give them a fair chance! I really did. But they have consistently dropped the ball with my ortho work and the customer service. Jennifer is pretty good at trying to resolve things but she is only one person in an office full of problems. I call today to get a balance on my account and make a payment. Tyler couldn't tell me what was my balance then placed me on hold for 5 mins only to come back and tell me that he still doesn't know amount because the person that could explain the balance to me was out. I said well i'm trying to make a payment, but cant. He told me my balance was $58. I said is that all i owe on my account, after asking several times now he is comfortable with telling me after 15 minutes of being on the phone that he is not sure and will have some one call me back. I received a call back from Rita and she gave me the true amount which i documented before for my records but wanted to see if there would be a difference. my balance was $407.. Why would you tell me $58 dollars, what if i would have took Tylers word which he is the OFFICE MANAGER for God sakes!!! This is beyond me and i have had enough. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. There has been multiple issues where they have even had to credit my account because of rude behavior and them not abiding by scheduled visits time which people take time off work and so forth to be there. The DR. is good and nice but the STAFF is HORRIBLE!!! i am switching my services for sure!!!! DONT GO HERE!!

I have to give my dentist Dr. Guan the best review he always takes good care of me! the hygienist ,always do my cleanings so well! I just love this place is the best dental office I've been to great staff so friendly with everyone and I really appreciate that they actually care about my teeth will definitely recommend this place if your looking for a dentist this is the place to go to!

Love Dr. P & dentist assistant, Taylor. Been in their care for 3 days. They were professional, funny and kept me posted on procedures. Everyone in the office are courteous, friendly & helpful.

Trusting people with your mouth is never easy, but working with doctor Ferrante really help my mouth feel complete again. Her work was professional and considerate with my effort to feel like me again!

Very efficient and professional. Recently had 4 crowns installed and they look amazing. Dr Ferronte was very careful and skillful in her work.... thanks again, Doc!!

My mom went in for a root canal and two crowns. During the course of the work, the dental technicians left her alone not once but twice, while she was in the dental chair and had no way to suction out the water. She almost choked and nearly went into panic mode. They seemed very apologetic but still, who does that? You never leave a patient alone, especially when they are nearly upside down and could choke, and already have a fear of the dentist!! On top of all of that, they tried to add an extra cleaning that same day without quoting her the bill. She declined the treatment but requested the cost estimate for the cleaning and they quoted her $800! They were going to do this treatment without quoting her the after-insurance price!! It seems like this dentist doesn't care about their patients and are just out to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Stay away!!!

HORIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE - RUN AWAY (happened recently May-Novemeber 2013)
1. I was with Rose dental and they use to charge $45 for my regular bi yearly cleaning. For same treatment Cedar park modem dentistry quoted me a bill of $1600 !!!

2. I decided to change office and ask them either to explain me why they are charging so high since I am in the same insurance. They had no explanation

3. I decided to go back with Rose dental and asked CPModDen to transfer all my initial x-rays/exams since X-Rays are allowed only once a year. They have such 'modern or sophisticated' system that no other dental office uses such software. As a result I was asked to re-do my X-ray whichever dental office I went and I now I have to pay for the exam out of my pocket inspite of having full covered insurance. I stopped dental visit right there until I solve it with cedar park modern dentistry

4. The customer rep/ billing department is totally in-experienced and provide poor service as they could not file proper claims.

5. months later I get a letter straight from collection agency without any letter from the dentist office in all these months. I called them immediately and ask why was I not given any mails/ letter/ email / phone calls if there was any outstanding balance in the past 4-5 months which I was not aware of. My x-rays were suppose to be covered by my Insurance. I called my Insurance to find why my claim of 'intial Dr visit and x-ray'was denied and to my utter surprise I found CPmod Dentistry had never filed a claim with my insurance!! Such incompetent folks out there they cannot even file a claim and then later sent the payment straight to the collection agency without making any of these aware to the patients.

COLLEEN was the best hygienist I have ever experienced. She is a perfectionist with a great attitude who did an amazing job! Dr. Ferrante was als amazing and super nice & helpful!
