Cedar Park Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

I had another Dentist office place my implants, which I paid in full for the work to be done. Needless to say they didn't finish and refuse to give my money back for the work I paid for and they never did. I went to CPMD and seen Dr. Guan. I highly recommend this office. I felt comfortable, and they really understood my fear. He took care of my needs and gave me plenty of options. Either continue to put a bandaid on or fix them correctly. I have never gotten these options the other place just put bandaid on. I also got to see Sr. O the orthodontist who was very kind and respectful. This place is there to help you get the service you need and to do it correctly! They will work with you financially and comfort your fears! Amazing place and I thank them for helping me!

Best dental experience I've had in years. Wished I had switched dentists sooner.

Our family has been lucky to have Dr. Guan as our dentist for a few years now. He truly cares about his patients and his office goes out of their way to get you in quickly if you are having any urgent problems. I highly recommended this dental practice.

I usually dont do bad reviews. But I am so dissapointed about this place. Staff is nice that is why I am giving at least 2 stars but it was my first time there and I dont recommend this place. I made an appointment for a cleaning with Dr. Jessica Cicone and she was busy seeing another patiente (that wasn’t ok) then I was seen by another Doctor. At the end they told me they couldn’t do my cleaning because they had no one available for me, they want me to reschedule that service for the next day but I didnt because I though that was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I bassically waisted my time! I just left and schedule with a different dentist. I will never go back there or recommend this place to my friends, family or co-workers. Reading other reviews I noticed this a common practice for them.

I was super anxious about getting my wisdom teeth pulled but they made me feel comfortable and I haven’t been in any pain afterwards!

My daughter was seen by an orthodontist here in March. After we moved from Tennessee we needed to continue her orthodontic care. The CPMD orthodontist removed my daughters braces so that he could redesign them. That should’ve been the 1st red flag. From March until May, we were scheduled for appointments and every time we showed up we were given excuses for needing to reschedule. The front staff was very rude to us every single visit. My daughters teeth had starting shifting and our previous orthodontic treatment was being erased. Now CPMD is refusing a full refund because they say that we chose to discontinue treatment. We did not choose to discontinue treatment until months had passed not being able to get my daughters braces put back on. I do not recommend trusting this practice with your dental care!

Dr. Guan and his staff provided exceptional care during my deep clean and now my second crown. Great bedside manner and great work. I highly recommend them for your dental needs!

Dr.Guan is the most amazing dentist…. Ima he’s to have an event to attend that was vip n I’d broken a piece off of my front tooth n was beside myself not being able to show up without my tooth ….. he managed to make me a temp tooth in a matter of minutes it was phenomenal!!! Staff is great I wouldn’t go anywhere else! THANK U Dr.Guan😷!!!

I came in to remove a damaged permanent retainer. that my previous dentist was charging me $500 to remove. Cedar Park Modern Dentistry quoted me $100. I walked in as a new patient and Dr. Guan removed my retainer in less than five minutes. When he was done he told me it would be done at no charge. No office visit, no nothing. COMPLETELY FREE. Office was clean, staff was polite & so easy to make an appointment! I just found myself a new dentist. Highly recommend!
