The people here are super nice, but I do have some complaints. I feel like in the past they really tried to upsale me on stuff. I think they've gotten a little better on that. I also have had extremely long waits when I've been here.
One of the most annoying things for me has been the chairs. Dentist chairs, in general, are annoying because the leg part is too narrow, but it bothers me at this office more than any before. Maybe it's just because they keep me waiting longer than other offices. In addition to the usual uncomfortableness of getting my teeth worked on, having to also keep my legs from falling off the chair is a huge pain in the butt (almost literally).

Billing fraud!!! Stay away from this place. Unresponsive front desk and billing department. My BCBS plan covers 1st visit and cleaning. The statment shown at the time of visit was $0 as it should have been with my benefits. They can't tell me why I'm now getting billed for $450 for a cleaning.

Deceptive Billing!!! I went in 2 weeks ago to see about wisdom tooth extraction. I was told I needed 2 wisdom teeth removed and a root canal, and a cleaning. I was shown that with BCBS dental insurance my total cost would be just over $1000. Today I just had the cleaning and was billed $500, and told that was just for the cleaning, and that the rest would cost another $2200. I thought I was paying for half the total today, but I just got ripped off and charged $500 for a cleaning!!!! I am livid! Stay Away!!!!!!

incredible doctors/ hygienists but ill mannered receptionists. Very snippy and rude. Hopefully Doctor Guan can see from other reviews that there is some customer service training needed upfront.

Dr. Gaun is a very professional and very conservative dentist using the best technology available. He's also actually cares about his patients. My husband and I highly recommend him and his entire staff.👍🏻👌

I loved my experience over at cedarpark modern dentistry. Dr. Guan,Rashonda and Marie were all very nice. they took time to explain exactly what was going to happen every step of the way. I would recommend this office to everyone!!! the dr. is very gentle and clearly loves what he does.

Today I went in to remove a Gold tooth. I was so intrigued by the diagnosis, I decided to move forward with other treatment as well. The staff is so friendly,I felt like family. The front desk,the assistants as well as the hygienist. I would recommend this office to everyone!!!

Dr Guan and Dr Pevzner are amazing! I’ve been getting my treatments from them since years now and They always do a great job!! And they also have financing plans if you dont have insurance I highly recomend them!
