I always love coming here, even though it has been 2years! Long time but Chelsea made me feel comfortable and explained everything very clear. Very soft spoken and welcoming. Looking forward to coming back in a few weeks...

Kordel was my hygienist and he was very thorough in cleaning my teeth, and I felt like my teeth were very clean when he was done. Faron, the dental assistant was great also in explaining each procedure that she was about to do. (X-rays, etc.) Great experience at this location, highly recommended.

Not happy. I don't know why Field spends so much money on advertising to get new customers if the staff is going to drop the ball in insurance verification and customer service. I took off work early to go to an appointment as a new patient. I get there only to be told "We don't have your insurance verified". Two days before my scheduled appointment, a staff member called and told me they were having issues verifying insurance. I called my company's human resource third party benefits company and they told me what number they need to call and what option to press. I told the person at Mint to have someone call me to confirm that everything was okay prior to my appointment. No one ever did. So I get there and am told I can pay cash or reschedule. Like going to the dentist is the only thing I have to do. I told her I would take my business elsewhere because this should have been resolved before I wasted my time. I've always enjoyed the radio ads but the follow thru is horrid. Not to mention, they advertise you can get free whitening (I was there for an annual cleaning & exam) and they didn't even offer to do that.

Came to this location for the first time, the location is very close to my home. The staff was very nice and friendly and i didn’t wait long to start my appointment. My daughter was offered a tablet and headphones to entertain her before and during her visit. We will for sure be back!

About two years ago, I posted a sparkling five star review about the Mint Dentistry in Lancaster, TX. Fast forward to 2020, things have definitely changed. I visited this location for a general cleaning and to follow-up about a filling for a small chip to my front tooth. First of all, I waited an hour and a half for someone to call me for x-rays. I was told by the staff the reason for the long wait was for disinfection of the rooms. Okay, I get that. Then I was escorted to the exam room. A while after, the dentist came in, did her examination, and told me that nothing had changed. I brought up the subject of my filling and she said someone would discuss that with me. Finally, the office manager came in and discussed a treatment plan with me. She started talking about bridge work and other stuff that I felt did not pertain to me. I asked her why did the dentist not discuss bridge work with me and she stated that she didn't know. I was confused because I already had a permanent bridge from two years ago! I went back and forth with the office manager and she finally told me that they have other patients and the dentist didn't have time to discuss everything with me. She left out and I was told by the dental assistant that the hygienist was running behind. I told myself that I did not and would not put up with poor customer service and unprofessionalism. I grabbed my personal belongings and took that bib off and told the office manager I was leaving. I decided at that time that Mint dentistry would become a memory. Oh yeah I forgot. The office manager tried to get me to enroll in that stupid club where you pay 5 dollars a month to pay off services. I told her for the past three years, there was money coming out of my account for that bogus club and where was the money from that???? She couldn't answer me. I immediately called the Mint dentistry corporate office that same day and needless to say, it's been a week and NO ONE has even attempted to call me back. I decided to chalk this experience up as a lesson that I had to buy and pay for and move one. But I promised myself that I would not set foot in ANY of the Mint dentistry locations. These people don't care about their patients, they just want your money. Good riddance!!!! *** I only gave them one star because I had to in order to post***

My 1st time was great... The doctor and the staff are extremely knowledgeable. They handle my appt quickly and smoothly. My treatment plan was shown as well as explained in great detail. I also brought my sons and they too enjoyed every point from the moment we walked in. I've been having issues with my wisdom teeth for many years, which one was impacted along with infected. The dentist was incredible. She made me extremely comfortable. Let me tell you I'd never even knew when she had pulled all 3 of my teeth within 15min. Yes even the infected one that barely had any enamel left on the top. I'm in no pain from the oral surgery procedure just sore, nothing that a little ibuprofen can't fix. She was marvelous!!!.. I'm still in shock.. I am a patient for life. Thanks so much Mint Dentistry of Lancaster!!! 💕💕💕💕

I have always been nervous going to dentist, however the staff made my me sooo relaxed and comfortable!!! They played music and have the best massage chairs for customers during the actual cleaning process which was amazing!!! I will definitely recommend Mint Dentistry to all my family and friends!!

Ladies rock! Had an awesome experience with this office today. Last minute new or appointment for me and my son. The staff is very professional, great bed side manners and I did not have anxiety issues like I have at previous dental offices. They are the BEST OUT OF ALL OF MY DENTAL EXPERIENCE!

I have been going to this place for about 2 or 3 years. The work only lasts about a year if that. When I complained they only checked and said I have to see an orthodontist because they don’t redo their work. This has happened twice. I got most of my work done within a year to a year and half, my bridge has hurt since they did it and I have complained over and over; the orthodontist said it needs to be redone. Of course they will not pay for the horrible work they did. Now a filling has broke in half while eating only potatoes. Don’t waste your time or money going to this place. They have good advertising but the work is actually absolutely horrible!!!

Came in for a cleaning and the staff at the front, Rosanna and Annabelle, were very nice and welcoming. The cleaning process was very relaxing because the chairs massage you and they offer Netflix, Pandora, and Hulu during your cleaning. Jessika took my X-rays, answered all of my questions and made me feel more relaxed. Thanks again Mint Lancaster!!! I will definitely come back again and recommend this location!!
