I have read it multiple times for this practice, consumers take caution this practice is about “up selling”. This is a shame. My husband and I went in on separate occasions and they told us both we needed “deep cleans” SIMPLY bc it had been eight months since our last cleaning. I needed a “deep gingivitis clean” SIMPLY bc I had a baby recently. Also I needed to replace all of fillings as a precautionary and until then I could not get a cleaning until I had done so. All of the procedures costing $700 to $1200/treatment. My grandma is a retired dental hygienist and she was appalled by this assessment. Let me tell you as a women I felt like I had walked in to a mechanic shop. Sleazy practice. I went to another dental clinic today where the dentist said I had great dental hygiene did my cleaning.

So many great things to share. The hygienist took time to explain each thing she did and I so appreciated the detailed info. I happened to be dog sitting for a newly adopted dog and the team couldn’t have been nicer about hosting him. Especially the dentist, Cristina, who took the time to take the dog for a walk. Great location. Great people. Great care. What more can you ask for?

I will definitely be coming back. Dr. Vakil and dental hygienst Kelly were very friendly and made my overall dental experience very pleasant. I also loved how personable and friendly the office manager (Michelle) was to me, she came out with an energetic greeting that broke the utter monotonous wait of silence that is often experienced at your average dental clinic before you are called. I would greatly recommend speaking with Jessica A. as well ! She is very knowledgeable and does a stellar job at answering any of your questions regarding appointments, insurance, or additional services.

I had my quarterly cleaning this passed Friday. My regular hygienist was not available. A very sweet hygienist name Joanne cleaned my teeth. We had an amazing time. I love Preston Hollow Dental Care!! I get to see Dr. Cha for my oral exam in March!

I have never had any issues with scheduling at Preston Hollow Dental Care. I’ve always had a wonderful experience and the staff personnel are so sweet. I had some teeth pulled and cleanings, even with last minute scheduling they’ve managed to make room for me and take care of my needs. I’m an active duty military member as well and the set up process from moving my dental to local with them was very simple and they took care of it all. I’m glad I chose them to care for my dentistry.

I’ve been going to this Dental office for years, and I have recommended several friends, co-workers, and acquaintances. I travel very far just for the dental hygienist, but my initial trip all the way up there was awful. They rescheduled me with a hygienist whom I’ve never met, and they failed to call me to explain that I would be seeing a different hygienist. I was not pleased with the new front office staff at the time for making this mistake, b/c this is my time, gas and money to come to this office. I literally had a panic attack and I felt horrible to the hygienist with whom I’ve never seen or met. Needless to say they did place in my file that I was ONLY to see the specific dental hygienist... but I still felt uneasy that this mistake could happen to someone else... and they just didn’t care...

Such lovely caring people, my visit was wonderful and I usually am not a big fan of going to the dentist. The staff takes good care of you, while treating you with respect and taking care of your dental needs. Highly recommend!
