I have been a patient in this practice since 2005. The entire staff is friendly and kind. I like the fact that I see the same dental hyginist for each cleaning. After my last cleaning I found out I needed to have a crown replace. The staff was great and perfessional throughout the procedure. I did not have any pain and the procedure was done quickly. When I returned to have the permanent crown put on, it took less than 15 minutes. Thanks for making it so painless.

This is a very good & caring Dentist. Been using him for a while now and refer my friends to him. I had a Root canal and he called to check on me later that evening. That has NEVER happened with other dentists... I can't recommend him enough!!!

Pro: If you have work needed on your front teeth he will slow down and do great work to make your teeth look fantastic.
Con: Be prepared to add at least 1 extra hour to your appointment time. The 1st hour will be spent reviewing how many more alleged cavities you have. Every time my wife and myself go we have 7 to 10 new cavities each. Teeth don't hurt and are completely fine, but once they find out you have good insurance they will attempt to schedule for thousands of dollars of fillings. The way they go about it is very disrespectful. They talk to you very accusatory about your habits and become very rude when you don't want to schedule all the needless services. They have made my wife cry on multiple different occasions.

I felt completely comfortable and at ease from beginning to end, able to laugh and joke with the doctor and staff but felt confident that they were taking my treatment as (maybe even a little more) seriously as I was....

No pain! With the latest technology the dentist (Mike) and Laurie did the preparation to replace two crowns. They kept me informed of the steps they were taking. They are both outstanding professionals. I highly recommend them. 🤗

One of the best things about Dr. Brown's practice has always been his wonderful and competent staff, so when he retired last year, the transition to Dr. Chei was almost seamless. Knowing how excited they were about his arrival (even though they were going to miss Dr. Brown!) gave me confidence to not even think about changing dentists. I've found Dr. Chei to be one of the most caring health care providers I've been to in my life (and I qualify for AARP), and he is both personable and up-to-date on the latest technology and skills. Knowing I most likely will have my first implant in the near future, I am reassured that it will be Dr. Chei doing the procedure. It has also been fun watching all the modernization Dr. Chei and his decorator wife have done to the office. It is bright, cheery and welcoming...with more changes said to come. All that being said, best wishes to Dr. Brown for all the great care over the years--and rest assured that all your old patients are in the best of hands!
