They are getting more diversity in the office which I like. It was good to see new faces this visit as long as they become a revolving door it’s nice to see both males and females working the desk.
My hygienist is AMAZING! Every time I go in for my teeth cleaning now I actually enjoy it. She never scraps too hard and I haven’t had a painful poke on my gums. In fact when she goes along the gum line it feels more like a massage and I have sensitive gums and teeth. She also takes her time and answers all my questions with ease and confidence which makes me confident in her and what she suggests.
Another pro I didn’t review on was at Thanksgiving last year (2017). I broke a back tooth like 2 days before thanksgiving and in a lot of pain. I was prepared to have to go to an emergency dentist or pay crazy prices because of the holiday. The office was closed so I felt destined for doom. Much to my surprise Dr. Hardcastle called me back immediately and asked if I could meet him at the office so he could take a look at it. I went in and he had 1 assistant and 1 office girl come in just for me and got me set up and pain free through the holiday! To top it off it wasn’t more than it would have been normally for that. He saved the day and the holiday!

Great place for your dental needs. They are very attentive and explain everything! All the staff has been really nice and always helpful. Dr. Hardcastle is very personable and greets all his patients, even if you aren’t seeing him that appointment, meaning you just are have work done by your hygienist. Everyone I have had there is very gentle and patient with me. I’m glad and satisfied that Dr. Hardcastle and his staff took over when the previous dentist retired!

AMAZING first experience! I felt very welcomed and well taken care of throughout my entire appointment. Blythe did a fantastic job with the xrays and cleaning, she was very gentle and thorough; I felt very comfortable. Dr. Hardcastle was very kinda and also explained everything very well during his examination- lucky for me no issues! I will be back in 6 months and would suggest this practice to everyone.

No wonder this place has a 5 star... The dentist hardcastle spent the most amount of time talking to us about options than ANY OTHER dental place. Other dentists are in and out in 5 minutes or less, but this place really puts emphasis on their customer service. I felt like he was taking to us rather than talking at us.

Great dental office clean and professional. Staff is always nice and they know you by name. Dr. Hardcastle is the best! I used to be a RDA so I know what's good work and what's not. It's very hard for me to find a good dentist. Dr. Hardcastle was shorthanded today and still handled my 3 fillings with ease with out his Dental Assistant. He was quick efficient, and very very good! Most dentist will not work with out their DA and they would just wait until the DA is done. Not this Dr! He jumped right in and got it done! If you're looking for a clean, up to date, professional dental staff that care about you and your teeth this is definitely the place for you! I love Village Dental!

We recently moved to the area and were looking a new dentist. We came across Village Dental Care and while they were close, the reviews are what really stood out so I set up appointments for us. When I first arrived, everyone was extremely nice and I felt very welcome. The office is very nice, clean, and modern looking. They are also very up to date on technology, which is awesome to see! I was able to complete my paperwork beforehand so I didn't have to show up extremely early. The first appointment did take longer because of x-rays, but I was able to see the images on the screen in front of me as went. I felt very included in the process. They also take actual pictures of your teeth, which I've never seen before, and they were able to go over everything with me. They are never pushy and care about the goals you have for your dental care. Dr. Hardcastle and his team are phenomenal! I would highly recommend them.

Mike Hardcastle and staff are top notch. My husband and I have been using him 20 years and followed him from Coppell to Richardson when he moved. Certain things are worth the drive and the extra time--an excellent dentist is among those. Dr. Hardcastle provides superior skills and genuine kindness.
