Excellent customer service from every person in the office! I had dental trauma as a child, and I hate going to the dentist. However, I have never had a dentist and his staff show such care and concern regarding my comfort! I have had cleanings several times a year and multiple crowns put in by them. Paige is a terrific dental hygienist, and Dr. Hardcastle is very caring, an excellent communicator, and very skilled at what he does. They are also very accommodating about working with your schedule to find an appointment that meets your needs. I highly recommend them!

This is a dentist you can definitely trust. I know how valuble this is as I have been to many rip off, greedy dentists. Dr Hardcastle was very thorough with my examination, explained things in detail, and answered all of my questions patiently. His demeanor is also really welcoming and friendly. Most importantly, he never once pressured me to get any unnecessary work. He had suggested a couple preventive fillings for some teeth that had some decay, but ultimately I decided to wait, and he taught me how to take care of them to prevent any further decay, and I left with nothing but an examination. His office and staff are also excellent. Best dentist!!!!

Whole staff is great. My first time here was to get a tooth worked on that was mistaken by another place for another tooth. Immediately made me feel welcome.
