Had a great experience! Staff was very helpful and courteous. Had a bad toothache on a holiday weekend . Was able to go in on a Sunday and get treated. Very professional and fast examination and treatment. Staff followed up by phone and text to make sure I was doing fine. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Duran and Staff are amazing!!! I had a bad experience with 2 other dental practices here in Edinburg and McAllen. When I came to Zen Dental all the staff treated me like family. If your looking for the right dental practice for you and your family, then you need to come to Zen Dental!

I’ve had a horrible experience at this location. The lady at the front named Danielle did not help me at all, she’s very rude and she talks bad about other patients that go to this location without caring there is a waiting area full of people. I had gone last week about an issue and she said she would get back to me that same week. However, she did not. I messaged her requesting and update and she failed to do so. I had to physically go in to the location in Edinburg all over again to get some answers. Did not help me at all.
The dentist and the hygienist are amazing though. Someone just needs to address the horrible service at the front desk.

The place was very clean, , the Dentist, Dr. Duran, was very professional and concerning as he carried out his duties. All of the technicians that I had any dealing with were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about their duties. Same for the office staff, and the lady that dealt with the insurance company. I would recommend Zen to others needing dental work.

*Open on Sundays!* This place really has the most polite staff. I'm so glad I came across Zen Dental. I don't want to get too cheesy. So with that said I will get to the point. I 100% recommend Zen Dental.

I went in because I had a horrible pain in my upper wisdom tooth...I was told my another dentist that he needed to refer me to a surgeon to surgically remove the tooth. Dr. Duran took the tooth out in less than 10 seconds. Awesome, quick and clean service!

I had a toothache and a terrible headache for 3 days. On the 4th day, which was a Saturday, I decided to go to a dentist. My regular dentist was closed, as were many others. Zen Dental was open, and I'm so grateful they were! Dr. Duran extracted a cracked tooth effortlessly, and my headache disappeared! I'm taking my whole family to Zen Dental.... for Zenful care!

Reschedule, after reschedule, over the course of 4 months, for very standard work. They don’t value your time, because they can’t manage theirs. If they’re booking is this sloppy just imagine their dental work. Sadly now I’m left with only half my mouth worked on. Stay away at all costs!
