The holistic approach to dental care was new to me as this was my first visit. The doctor and staff were friendly and made me feel welcomed. They took their time to do a complete exam and evaluation. My wife and I will be going back to get all the recommended work done. We will also be returning to get our teeth cleaned by their hygienist. She was great.

With this time off I today I extracted my tooth that has been causing me so much problems and pain for months. I have never experienced such pain in my life. The extraction wasn’t that bad. The doctor was very kind enough to stop when I said to but omg the PRESSURE! Thank you Doctor for being so patient with me. I am in no more pain! The Staff was amazing and courteous too! They helped me so much!

Excellent dental visit at Zen Dental (Emergency Dental Care of Texas). Purchased a Groupon deal for X-rays & Cleaning visit. Very helpful professional staff for the entire visit. They have modern X-ray equipment that show all X-rays on a large monitor while being taken. The dental hygienist did an excellent job; thorough & gentle. Then the dentist examined my teeth & went over the X-rays with me. I then met with their office consultant to make sure all my questions were answered making sure I was happy with the visit. I was very impressed. Having no dental insurance the Groupon deal made it all possible! Highly recommend Zen Dental!

The employees we amazing, they laughed with me and were very comforting. This was the first time I was able to see every X-ray and picture. Everything was explained to me. They even gave me some wonderful vegetables. I wall also graces with a discount due to COVID-19. I would so recommend Zen Dental Group. Yes I was blessed to find them.

I'd give dr. Duran zero stars but this review don't let me so it's a 1... I paid 6500 for my bridge dental work... The bridge fell off in the 1st year. I noticed the tooth under the bridge was brown with decay..Duran said that's the color my teeth are. Bullcrap... He re-glued the bridge. The same tooth that looked brown with decay got infection .. I called duran and asked if he could call in antibiotics. He said that i should go to the specialist he had recommended.....M fer never recommend any specialist to me before... He did tell me if i ever had problems to call him and he would call in a prescription so that's what i did .... At the time i called him with my tooth problem he said no to any type of help from him. Bad dentist... He will rip you off ,, don't go to him

I'm not one to like Dentists. Every time i go i'm afraid of the pain. Zen dental really switched things around for me. You can tell the Doctor really cares about his patients by the way he handles your teeth with care. I am a new patient and i will keep returning. I went to my first appointment for an emergency toothache and left pain free.

I was really pleased with the service from the staff. They were very friendly and patient. Not once did they frown or look too busy to answer my questions. Dr. Duran was also very informative and helpful. He immediately struck me as someone who has your well being in mind and not his pocketbook. I highly recommend Zen Dental.

From the time I called to the moment I walked out, the customer service here was out this world.
The receptionist goes above and beyond to set the right expectation so that you are not caught off guard with any miss quotes and is always on top of following up, checking in,and giving friendly reminders.
The rest of the staff, very courteous and professional. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and quick and concise with the diagnosis and treatment plan. Last but not least the ambience is very relaxing and calming. I give Zen Dental Group five stars all the way.
