In 2014 I had a root canal done on one of my back tooth. A week and a half ago the same tooth started to hurt with intense pain. Everyday it got stronger. I should have not felt anything on that tooth because it had no nerve. I went to a general dentist who said that I would have to return to the dentist that did the root canal. They schedule me to see me on the 8th of January. A whole week more with this pain. That same night I cried all night long. I couldn't sleep and oral gel was not being effective anymore. I couldn't take any other meds besides tylenol because I'm also five months pregnant. My husband found Zen dental around 1 or 2 in the morning and they said to come in the next day at 9 when they opened. The process was a bit long but they were able to help me. They were very concerned with my pain and my pregnancy. As soon as they got clearance from my OB they were able to get some x rays and examine the tooth. They said I was going to need my tooth extracted since it already had a root canal done. I figured it was going to be another day and I was going to still be with the pain but they said to come in later that same day and the work would be done. Thank you Zen Dental I dont think I could have handled the pain anymore. I have slight pain but from where the tooth was removed. Thank you for seeing me right away and taking care of it that same day so I wouldn't be in pain anymore.

I have been coming here since my first “emergency” visit on a Sunday where they worked me in. I can’t say enough good things about all of the staff and Dr. Duran. The dental hygienist is exceptionally thorough, just like Dr. Duran; all of the staff do an outstanding job. I have received the most congenial, professional, and thorough dental services from any dental office I have ever been to. Beyond the routine services, I have had three implants, bone grafts, and sinus lifts... I hate pain during a dental procedure, but Dr. Duran does a super job making it a painless process. I think he is also a perfectionist, so he is very picky about getting the job done perfectly. I am exceptionally well satisfied.

Customer service was great, super friendly, very clean place. Doctor was very honest and I liked the fact he cares about his patients. I hope to continue going.

I went today for a toothache , I can tell you from doctor Duran to all his staff were amazing!!! I walked out of there feeling so much better. They explained with detail what they needed to do and took care of my toothache!!! Thank you Dr Duran and your amazing staff!!!

We went in without an appointment on a Sunday morning to get my son's broken tooth checked out (turned out it wasn't an emergency). They saw us quickly and they were very kind.

Esther is absolutely the best give her a raise i hope she is getting paid top dollar because she made this a great experience for me.Esther explains everything and even checks in with you after.I went in with an infected wisdom tooth i got pain meds and antibiotics and even meds to help with my anxiety during the process I got that wisdom tooth pulled out super fast Dr. Duran made sure i didn't feel any pain and now a day later I'm in less pain than I was before before highly recommend this place!

Dr. Duran is great and did not appear to be rushing the visit. The extraction site is doing well...The staff is courteous and the office had great relaxing music. Definately keeping this dental group.

Only one or two members of the staff were wearing masks out of the many staff members that I saw walking around and calling patients to their rooms. Even if staff is vaccinated (which we would have now way of knowing), I would think it would be common courtesy of the owners to have their staff wear masks when all their patients in the waiting room are wearing their masks. Especially in a dentist's office during a pandemic it was very disappointing to see. Will not be recommending unless this is changed for the safety of the patients.

I happened upon this dentist when I had a slight emergency the day before New Years. Luckily they were open the next day. The staff is friendly and they were able to help me very efficiently. I am glad they are open late and on Saturday and Sunday.

Friendly staff. I like that they are Embracing technology to give me better care. I was able to get a second opinion from the other dentist within the staff and made the best decision for myself. Thanks.
