I went in for wisdom teeth removal and general clean up. Was very scared at first but Dr. Duran was very quick and got the job done fast! So excited to finally have a dentist I can go to since I work weekdays.

Pros: Very nice staff at this dental office. This place is very clean also. I found it so helpful that they help come up with a dental plan that's affordable!
Cons: I have on one side of my face some facial numbness still from my wisdom teeth extractions 2 years ago . I have been referred to a specialist 🤷🏼♀️

The environment is always welcome and calm! Everyone there is always so nice. I talk a lot and everyone carries on the conversations with me, which is awesome as it makes me feel more welcome and not like I’m bothering them. Our entire family goes here and I always recommend this office to people!!

It was my first time going to that dentist. They treated me super nice! The doctor and staff were excellent in every aspect. They explained everything in detail and took care of my tooth pain I walked in with. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a dentist ASAP. Thank you to all Zen Dental staff, you all made me feel welcome. I will be back .... definitely!

Dr. Duran did a great job with my wisdom tooth extraction. Felt comfortable during the visit and he made sure I wasn’t experiencing pain. Quick and friendly service. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone uneasy about seeing the dentist.

One of the worst dentists I have ever been to. The entire staff is cold and not at all compassionate. Duran did a bridge spanning tooth 32 to 28 and 29. He pulled out my metal filling for no reason other than that he does not like them (even after I told him I did not want them removed.) I called trying to get an appointment (after the bridge was complete) because I was in pain and had difficulty eating. They scheduled me for three weeks away. I ended up going to a different dentist. Tooth 32 was infected and needed to be pulled. On tooth 32, he did not replace the filling with anything and just placed the bridge over it. The bridge had to be removed because it was very, very poorly done and never should have been done in the first place because the teeth I had were not a good foundation for a bridge. I had voiced my concerns about this, but Duran brushed it off. The bridge had open margins everywhere. Duran was extremely rough and completely dismissed all of my concerns. I am pretty small, and have TMJ problems, and he was very rough in the way he handled my jaw. I was in pain for weeks after he prepared my teeth for the bridge. The assistant who helped him did not know what she was doing. When the permanent bridge was placed, I found it very uncomfortable and was upset. It put my teeth in a crossbite and the bite was high and uncomfortable, and when I voiced this, the assistant said "If you don't like it, go somewhere else." Nobody has apologized or admitted any wrongdoing. Nobody asked how it felt, or if I was happy, or if they could make it right. It's like nobody cared.
I made a huge mistake coming to this place, and if you need anything done that is more complicated than a cleaning, I highly advise going somewhere else.
I did receive a partial refund, but it covers less than half of what it is going to cost to fix all of the things I had done here.

They are very friendly and willing to educate you about all your dental needs. Nice to know people in business still value you having a great experience and not just collecting a check. I applaud them for their attention to details also in finding things we as consumers might not be aware of about our insurance too. Thank you very much. You will be my new dentist from here on out.

What can I say 5 stars... Professional.. Friendly and terrific environment..... And that just sitting in waiting room.... The staff is amazing very courteous and helpful.... The dentist... Great guy and very informative... Highly recommended!!
