I wasnt very impressed with cleaning since I still had debris in my teeth after the cleaning, my husband and I had similar diagnosis after we had already fixed some fillings less than a year ago, too expensive, and meditation video to stop grinding teeth was horrible since in the middle of meditation Zen Dental was advertised. Wouldnt go back again.
