Little Big Smiles is the best dentist I have ever been before. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in until you leave. The best part is you might only see them a few times a year but they always remember who you are. I even moved my kids over to this office as well and they love it also. Dr Beck is amazing!

Very friendly staff that cares about you and takes great care of your teeth and overall happiness with your visit. They have lots of new technology that I’m sure helps to properly care for your dental needs. My daughter and granddaughter as well as myself all use Little Big Smiles and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Andrew Chen and the entire team at Little Big Smiles are very professional, kind and always treat our family with patience and great service. We have the four of us visiting on a regular schedule - both parents and both kids - ages 10 and 12. We have been their patients for more than 5 years now. Today we had to visit for an emergency with my youngest and Dr. Chen handled it impeccably, as always.
Their advice and care are truly appreciated. Also, they never push you to do unnecessary or unreasonable procedures and respect every preference or choice we have.

Found this dental office on a referral, and our whole family was very pleased with the experience. We all agreed the team here was the very best we've met so far overall. From the front desk to the hygienists and doctors, they were all very genuine and honest and looked out for what was best for us.
Tammy and Lu were very helpful and patient through booking, check-in check-out / explanations, dealing with insurance, and follow-up. Hanh, the hygienist, was by far the best hygienist our whole family has worked with from ANY country so far -- very good with patients, very detailed and focused during the process, and great at explaining the how and why for taking care of our teeth after the visit. Dr. Back explained her recommendations very well and was very professional too, giving us a range of options depending on what was best for us.
Bonus points for having a very robust appointment and check-in system! For busy people, this helps set this office apart in terms of service.

Wow this place has great service. Not only experts but very kind. Greeted at the door by name. They asked if I wanted a blanket. They made sure no pain. All about my comfort. I will never go to another dentist. Trust me they are the best.

Came to Texas 2 years ago and got recommended LBS by my bf I hate the dentist but LBS made me feel safe and comfortable, they were also very understanding about my busy schedule with work and driving 20-30 min to Frisco from DT Dallas it was difficult to for me to make my appointments (I was stubborn about going there specifically because of their amazing service and how safe they made me feel) but they were very understanding eventually got my wisdom teeth taken out and it was so fast and easy It was practically painless (considering I got 4 teeth taken out) through the surgery and the healing process it was an overall great experience the staff is super nice and friendly best dentist I've ever gone to!!

Overall satisfied. My stained teeth looks shiny after one cleanup. Well staffed and friendly.
My prior dentist used to polish every single tooth taking all time needed, here the polishing was done quicker, not as detailed. However, the doctor spent more time on cleaning and the end result is better I think. So I would recommend to see Dr Andrew Chen for general dentistry.

This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Their entire staff was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and so welcoming. They did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth and explaining proper brushing technique. They were thorough and meticulous. I HIGHLY recommend this dental office, it is top notch!!!

Dr. Chen is an amazing dentist. I had a whole mouthful of bad teeth and he restored my smile to better than it ever was! He did a ton of work on me and made sure I was pleased with my treatment every step of the way. My teeth feel and look great! The staff is very nice and very accommodating. They worked with my insurance and took real good care of me. I am referring him to family and will continue to see him as long as I'm around :)

Dr. Chen is truly amazing. I have always suffered from high anxiety especially with the dentist . I totally thought I would be over it but it has not gone away. Anyways, Dr. Chen is extremely informative and answered all your questions. He doesn’t rush and actually conversates with you . I never had a good experience with a dentist but Dr. Chen is hands down the best I have ever known. I love being a patient there. I don’t remember the other two employees names but they were very nice. Tammie is also very amazing she’s the receptionist, I believe, and she is always so kind and professional ! She was able to squeeze me in when I called and I got very lucky. I will continue to be a patient of his as long as he is a dentist and I will bring my future children there too. Thanks Dr. Chen , Tammie and staff!
