I'm so thankful that I was able to find office of Dr. Chen near my house when I moved to Frisco. I visited his office on multiple occasions for different reasons, including a small emergency, and every time I was met with smiles and professionalism. The staff always took the time to work with me and my family, we never felt rushed, and we never had to wait more than 10 minutes than our appointment time! Terrific time management! Now, everyone in my family visits office of Little Big Smiles, and we are planning on doing so for many more years. Thank you for your service!

Extremely impressed. My wife and I came on the recommendation of a neighbor and now will start bringing our kids. Han (spelling?), our hygienist, was fantastic. She was thorough, detailed, and couldn’t have been nicer. In such a competitive practice, it would be hard to find a dentist experience better than this.

What can I say....If you want a Professional, Honest, caring and reasonable Dental office for your dental needs, THIS IS IT!!! I often see Dr. Back and my wife sees Dr. Chen, the Hygienist "Hanh" and "Eileene" are great, super friendly. First of all, they are honest and explain to you the treatment needed and unlike other dentist who are in the SELLING business rather than TREATMENT business, these guys are there to help you treat your dental problems. Dr. Chen and his staff are wonderful. He is probably the best dentist I have ever been to. He takes great care of my family and I. He even does the standard teeth cleaning which is impressive since most of the time it’s a hygienist that does it. It shows how much passion and care he is putting into his patients. The other great thing I appreciate about Dr. Chen is that he takes the time to explain to you what’s good or bad about your teeth. He is extremely committed to making sure his patients have an exceptional experience and we always do. If you are looking for a dentist look no further cause he is the man to see. UPDATE 10/11/2021: Since my original 5 star post 4 years ago, I have continued to have my teeth cleaned at Little Big Smiles twice a year. They do a great job!
I recently started having my teeth cleaned at Little Big Smiles. Dr. Chen and his staff are very friendly and professional at Little Big Smiles. Last week was my most recent cleaning. Dr. Chen again did a great job with my teeth, making sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment, and explaining each step in the process. The wife and daughter have also started going to Little Big Smiles and they also have had a positive teeth-cleaning experience.

The stuff is very nice and helpful. The dentists and the technicians are very professional and cares able the patients. They not only just treat the issues with your teeth, but also educate you how to take care of your teeth and I greatly appreciated that.
