This was the BEST Dental Experience I have EVER had in My Life!!! A totally safe, comfortable and inviting atmosphere. They express Absolute Professionalism and Care from the beginning to end of every visit! The Front Desk Staff is well organized, friendly and helpful. The Dental Assistants are very informative, attentive and have super positive attitudes! My Dentist was Amazingly Awesome!!!! She told me about all the problem areas with my teeth, as well as how to correct and promote healthier teeth in the future. She was caring, cautious and explained every step of the extraction procedure. In my case, I had to have 2 teeth extracted. I felt NO PAIN - during and after the procedure!!! THIS IS THE NEW DENTAL HOME FOR ME AND MY ENTIRE FAMILY!!!

Dr Chen and his staff at Little Big Smiles provide excellent service. Dr Chen is very thorough and explains everything in detail so I learned a lot of basics about dental care that no other dentist had taken the time to provide. It was also nice to see my x-rays along with an explanation of what we were looking at. There was no wait and I walked right into my appointment. But most importantly, after years of searching for a trustworthy, reliable dentist, I've finally found one for my entire family! (He's also great with kids)

I went to see Dr. Chen last Friday. He is excellent, extremely professional and very detailed of explaining/advising with great patience, the procedural steps are thorough, the operatory is nice & clean, the assistant is attentive and amiable, and the office stuffs are very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. On March 23, 2022, I came to Little. Big. Smiles. Family dentistry to have my teeth cleaned. I arrived on time for my 2 PM appointment. As a person who grew up in the 50’s and 60’s a dentist was never my favorite doctor. I did not learn about Novocain unit December 1967 when a dentist asked if I wanted Novocain for pain. I thought Novocain was a miracle drug.
My appointment for teeth cleaning was a pleasant experience. I thought the personnel were very professional and courteous. They explained everything as they were cleaning my teeth so that I did not have any unexpected experience. They examined my teeth and explained where I should better brush my teeth and gums. They inquired if I had any problems to discuss or questions. It was an outstanding experience. I looked forward to my next appointment.
Then when I went to the front desk to check out, I was told that they were dropping my MetLife Federal Dental Plan from In Network provider. They said MetLife Federal Dental Plan would be an Out of Network provider.
By denying the Federal Dental Plan as an In Network provider you are saying to 9.1 million federal employees that you will accept them as Out of Network provider. I am a retired Navy veteran, and I am provided medical and dental coverage through the Federal government. My medical coverage as defined by the federal government is Medicare as the primary insurer and Tricare for Life as the secondary insurer. The dental is defined as MetLife Federal Dental Plan. By denying my dental plan as one of your In Network providers, you are denying all retired service members as an In Network provider. When we joined the military and took my oath, we were not asked who were providing our service to, everyone was included. Now I find that I can be denied dental coverage as an In Network provider service for having been a military veteran.

I moved here in 2019 and needed a new dentist. I noticed Little Big Smiles on my drive home multiple times and hoped they were in network since they were so close to my home. Low and behold they were in network, and to make the experience EVEN better the whole staff is amazing. Professional, polite, easy to chat with and discuss my questions and concerns with. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!!! I am truly blown away by the customer care they provide. My fiancé also goes to Little Big Smiles and he said he has never had a gentler cleaning or kinder staff in his life! We have even referred our best friends and their kids to Little Big Smiles! Thanks for being such a great business to work with!

At first I chose Little Bog Smiles because it was close to my house. I have been coming here for almost 3 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The dentist and hygienists are all very professional, friendly and love what they do. The energy is always happy and upbeat when I go there and I look forward to my visits! It doesn’t hurt that my checkups have improved dramatically in the last few years because their tips and information on how to best care for my teeth have POC off 10 fold. Love this place ❤️

These folks make going to the dentist a fun and easy experience. They are good at making patients of any age feel comfortable, and they listen to concerns and take the time they need to address them. I don’t feel like they’re in a rush when they see me (they’re efficient they’re just not jerks while being so). I wish I needed my teeth cleaned more! ☺️
