RR Dentistry

The staff at RR Dentisry is fabulous. I've used them for years. Susie and Ronda at the front desk always make me feel welcome. Dr Roach is delightful, knowledgable and caring. Lisa was a huge help in adjusting my night guard. I always feel comfortable and welcome coming in.

Dr. Smith is the kindest, most compassionate and giving person I have ever met! I have been going to him for the past 18 years!! I would not go anywhere else!!
Liz is assistant is so warm and gentle...I tell them all the time that when I need to relax I make a dentist appointment. You don't believe me? Just make one for yourself!

This was my first visit at RR Dentistry, and I was very impressed with the facility, the friendliness of all the staff, and the extraordinary thoroughness of Dr. Roberson. X-rays and photos of all my teeth, followed by a conversation with him, convinced me that I had definitely come to the right dentist. He explained everything to me, why he needs those photos and x-rays, and what he's prepared to do for me in the coming years. Very impressive indeed!

First, why 4 stars? I'm a hard grader and it takes an over the top experience to get me to rate anyone/place 5 stars. That said, my experience at RR Dentistry was a very good one, therefore my 4 stars. The staff is what makes the total experience work in a business and I would classify this as a "Professional" business because you are ultimately being treated by the Doctor, in my case, Dr. Roach. Starting with the Doctor, along with the dental assistant Lisa , my exam was done very professionally, very thoroughly, and gave my the time to ask questions along the way. My hygienist, Amy S, was also very thorough, without over-scraping my gums which can result in a very uncomfortable situation. Amy also kept the levels of saliva and water in my mouth to a minimum which I also appreciated since too much of either can result in your feeling like you're going to gag or drown. The additional pleasant experience revolved around the office staff; Susie, Ronda, and Sallie (although Sallie was hiding behind the wall most of the time). These ladies start your visit and end your visit keeping the entire experience upbeat and pleasant.
What didn't I like? Well, I never like paying the bill, but then again, they provided appropriate services which deserves to be paid.

My husband and I had excellent experiences at RR Dentistry while living in Georgetown. We moved away last year and this year I had a complicated claim I was having trouble getting approved with my insurance carrier. I remembered that when we lived in Georgetown, Sally had been very thorough and helpful with letting us know up front exactly what we would owe on claims so I called and asked if she could give me some tips even though it wasn't their service. She did help me and had the problem solved in an hour! Now that is going above and beyond and I could not be more appreciative! This is the best dentist office we have ever been to, hands down. Everyone is so good at what they do and Sally you are exceptional! I truly cannot thank you enough! I'm ready to move back to Georgetown!❤❤❤

If you're looking for a dentist in the Georgetown, TX area I highly recommend RR Dentistry! Dr. Roberson is such a caring and gentle dentist. The staff are very friendly and they immediately make you feel comfortable. The waiting area is warm and welcoming although you never get to wait there very long! Coffee and water are available for family members who are waiting for you to finish with your cleaning or dental work.

I've never had such a great medical experience in my life. The ones that have come close were practices in their infancy trying to get their start. It's so great to see an established practice that still lives and breathes top notch service as it's core.

Susie set crystal clear expectations and made sure I knew what I was in for, and what I was looking for in a dentist.

Kayla did a great job explaining how the process would go once I was in the chair and did keep me abreast of what was next and what my options were.

Rhonda knows her insurance so well I think she could explain payment details to my three year old daughters.

I can't get over how great the service was and how caring the people were. Seriously, hands down the best medical practice of any kind I've ever visited. I'm also thoroughly impressed with the business sense and how the place operates tactically speaking.

RR Dentistry to be exceptional. The whole office is so nice. They are attentive to all details, consultation,
exrays and exam. I feel very confident I will be happy with my up coming dental work.
