RR Dentistry

I was just thinking back that I have been going to RR Dentistry for 13 years. I’ve never had a bad experience. In fact I have made some friends there. That is how comfortable it is.

Today Pam did my cleaning and it went great. I had a small chip in a front tooth and I was able to come back the same day to have it repaired by Dr. Smith.

Then there is Ronda and Susie, two of my favorite people.

Should going to a dentist be this easy and comfortable? Well here it is.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this organization from the Mission Statement to each individual I spoke with, including Dr. Roberson. They were patient with me and I never felt rushed, although they are a very busy office. God bless you for the wonderful services you are providing!

What a wonderful experience! I was greeted with two of the prettiest ‘smiles’ that I have seen in a while..., and that was with their eyes smiling back at me, in spite of the masks! I was seated eight minutes earlier than my appointment time. Liz, the assistant, was very personable and helpful. Dr. Roach is the best shot giver ever, no pain whatsoever. The treatment that was scheduled was explained in great detail before, during and after, and the end results are beautiful. The front office/administrative staff are on top of it! Very efficient, thorough and they make you feel like family. I most certainly will go back! They definitely live up to their mission statement: Reflecting Christ through compassionate care, restoring smiles and exceptional experiences. JKG

Going to the dentist is lowest on my list of things to do, however Dr Roach, Amy and the office staff are wonderful. They take every precaution during this Covid experience to insure our safety. Amy is an awesome hygienist, who is fun, as well as, professional and thorough in her work. I look forward to other good experiences with this great group.

12/28/20. Just lost a crown, and Dr. Roach was able to fit me in and rebuild a new crown this afternoon. He is kind and an excellent dentist. Plus everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend RR Dentistry.

I was trying to book an appointment as a new patient for cleaning, I have a very good insurance plan, however the lady first told me they have a few plans covered in network, and then she said that they are out of network for all plans. That's very weird cause I checked the website and it says "We accept a variety of PPO plans and many of our treatments are covered by insurance. Please reach out to your insurance carrier to find out more about your specific insurance plan and what is covered". I didn't like that and she simply could have mentioned they don't accept new patience. Thanks

Saw Amy at R&R Dentistry today. She is great. Always an excellent experience there. They go out of their way to protect everyone! She is a delightful person and an asset to the dentistry. We have always loved Dr. Smith as well. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a dental office. We have told neighbors and they now use R&R Dentistry too.

Kind, compassionate. Prompt! Hygienist and dentist do a wonderful job explaining all aspects of care. Helpful with billing and insurance, office staff explains clearly what to expect.

This was my first experience with RR Dentistry & they went above and beyond. I called them with an emergency & they did everything possible to get me in as soon as possible with an appointment that worked with my schedule. I felt very welcomed by Susie as soon as I walked into the lobby, and to my surprise they were able to do same day treatment to get me in & out with just one appointment! Lisa & Dr. Roach were very sweet and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Thankful for RR!

Rr Dentistry is by far the best dentist I've been to. I felt very welcomed when I walked into the front door. Susie, Ronda and Sally are very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Roberson was very thorough with my exam, nothing like I've seen before. Vanessa was amazing and gentle during the process, she always made sure I was comfortable. Kristina was so sweet and did an amazing job at cleaning my teeth. They really pay attention to detail and explain what they are doing and going to do in a way that was easy to understand. I really noticed a difference in this dentist compared to the many I've been to before, they truly care about their patients. I am very pleased with my experience. I highly recommend it.
