I know going to the dentist is never pleasant. Both the staff and their doctors made me feel they really cared. Not only do I consider their prices fair they also keep you full informed and make sure you know what is going on the entire time. Thank you for taking care of me and I will never move dentist as long as I am in Houston.

Best dental place I've ever been to! The staff are super helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. They are very accommodating to your schedule needs. Had a cavity pop off and they fit me in right away and fixed it for free. This will be the only place I go to while I live down here.

I've been a patient here for the year or so and my primary dentist is Dr. Castillo. The staff from the front desk (Kristin, forgive me if it's spelled wrong) is always warm and welcoming, to the dental assistant (Kayleigh?) And also not forgetting the Dental Hygienist Maura.

Dr. Lee was my primary dentist today and she was very informative, thorough and helpful with my assessment. She was helpful in answering my questions.

Always a pleasure coming here and interacting with the staff, just be warned though the parking is shared with the urgent care and jewelry store so it might be tight, be sure to download the app or have a credit card to pay for parallel parking in the free spots are taken.

Went in today for the first time for a deep cleaning and left a loyal customer. The staff is welcoming and friendly, the office is well-kept and in immaculate shape. Dr. Castillo is amazing at what she does and very kind, her assistant Merissa was so helpful in helping me calm my nerves, and was a joy to talk to. Looking forward to my next visit!

I recently switched dentists and went to Floss Dental for the first time last month. They have an amazing staff, especially the Dental Hygienist Maura, she got my teeth super clean without any discomfort at all! I don't typically like going to the dentist, even for cleanings twice a year, but they made me feel right at home so I won't drag my feet in making an appointment from this point on. I highly recommend using Dr. C and Dr. Tran too!!!

Let me say their staff is superlative to any other dentists office I’ve ever been to. They have the best dental equipment and go through every single step to make sure they are doing their best. I have never felt so confident in a dentist ability’s. 5 stars and I’m telling all my friends.

I am not a big fan of going to the dentist but my experience with Floss was great! They definitely made sure you were aware of what was going on at all times. I received crowns and they look natural. Joe did an amazing job with matching the crowns with my natural teeth. I highly recommend this dentistry.

I had a great experience at the Floss midtown location. Everyone is so friendly and patient. They are also taking Covid-19 serious so I felt comfortable with the practices they had in place. As a matter of fact, I had the place all to myself during my visit! Talk about VIP treatment! Thank you Floss team! 😊

Everyone at Floss Dental was very nice, and professional. Theybwere quick as well as informative. Prices are not bad either. Would definitely recommend anyone who needs to go to the dentist.

Just left from my New Patient visit/teeth cleaning and I'm so happy I found this team. Everyone is so personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellence and top rate are the two words that come to my mind. I met with Dr. Tran and he is funny and truly cares about making sure you are on the right dental path. I'm actually excited to move forward with my dental journey for once.
