Right when you walk in you are greeted with an amazing staff who makes you feel at home. It doesn’t feel like you are there for another visit, you feel you are there for a good time!

The atmosphere in the clinic is very welcoming. Dr. Tran certainly took the time to pay attention to detail. From the friendly staff, the spacious rooms, the luxury dental chairs, to the FLOSS take home gift bag they certainly pioneered a new experience to dentistry.

The staff went above and beyond to fit me and my mother into their busy schedule. Filling out paper work was expedited with the use of user friendly iPads. I was called back right away and got seen by the doctor immediately.

The appointment went smooth and fast. As advertised, I received same day professional teeth whitening before I left! They mean it when they said FREE TEETH WHITENING!

Thanks again Dr. Tran and staff. So glad I switched over to you guys and can’t wait for my next appointment.

I am so very impressed with Dr. Tran, his etiquette, technique and mostly the confidence and experience in which he conducts procedures. I needed to have a procedure done and I was extremely nervous about it. Dr. Tran took the time to explain the process step-by-step, and also updated me along the way. I had been looking for a new dentist for a while and could not me happier to have chosen Floss. I’ve had such a lovely experience from the first email I sent to set up an appointment. Kristen, the office manager, has been such a pleasure to work with. I really appreciate how quickly she responded to my emails and answered my questions, and more importantly the transparency regarding financing and procedures.

Another great thing is the office is digital so it made procedures I had been dreading, like getting a new retainer, so much more pleasant. Also love the ambience of the office and especially the TV on the ceiling!

I never thought I’d say this about the dentist but I’m actually looking forward to my next cleaning. Thanks again to Kristen, Marissa and everyone at Floss.

I took my 2 boys here and Dr. Castillo was so gentle with them. Imagine coming to a dental visit without the struggle and fighting and crying and screaming! She made their experience fun and painless. Dr. Castillo was fantastic! The staff was friendly and attentive. We were seen in a timely manner, in and out! Love this place!

I had a wonderful experience at Floss Midtown. The staff was very friendly. Dr Tran did a great job of making me feel comfortable throughout my procedure.
