This is my third time here. Everyone here has been very friendly. The dental hygienists are also very gentle with my teeth every time I came in for a teeth cleaning. I always come early and they have been very accommodating to take me in early.
The parking area is a bit difficult but still glad they do have a parking area vs street parking.
Would recommend to friends and family if living within 610 area.

Gloss has done a Phenomenal job cleaning my families teeth , they also removed my two kids wisdom teeth with ease.The place is modern and exceptionally clean ,they are professional and run things as smoothly as they can. Currently they are trying to battle it out with my insurance company, Which I appreciate greatly !!

Modern space, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and high tech office space! After 3 visits, Laëtitia up front has consistently been warm and welcoming. Dr. C is very knowledgeable and hired a great staff. For instance, Mara, my hygienist, is the first one in all my life of visiting dental offices to teach me proper flossing techniques. There is also an emphasis on gun health and hygiene education to a degree that I haven’t seen at other dental offices. Highly recommend!

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and I was taken in for my appointment fast. I was impressed by the quality of care, the nice office and latest up-to-date equipment. Drs. Tran and Castillo were very friendly and gave me outstanding care. I needed a crown and it was the best overall crown and care I have ever received (and I have had several).

Dr C is called the queen of cavities and for good reason! Other dentists have left my cavities with leaks resulting in my teeth hurting afterwards and needing to be redone... Do it one time with Dr C and Floss and you won’t have to continue redoing cavities. She and her team are also patient, empathetic, and accommodating. If I could give more stars I would, maybe knowing that I travel from another state just to see the dentist says enough.

I personally do not leave reviews often, so this means it's either a compliment or complaint. My experience with FLOSS Dental - Midtown is DEFINITELY a COMPLIMENT! This is their newest location. I have had only one dentist work inside my mouth EVER! This is the first time letting another dentist inside my mouth and I have ZERO regrets! Their facility is equipped with state of the art equipment and TVs to distract the nervous patients, sure worked with me! Every person who I encountered with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Dr. C was the first person to explain the importance of flossing to me and did fantastic with my dental work! All these years I have been living a total lie about flossing! Both doctors and their entire staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, I felt I've been their patient for years! If you're nervous and skeptical about dentists like me, I really recommend FLOSS Dental - Midtown. They cater to your every needs, no exaggeration! Kotei is efficient and amiable while taking x-rays and photos. Kristen provides straight forward information on the treatment plan and associated pricing. Dr. Tran is quite thorough in his exam. Offering as much information as I want on the condition of my teeth. (The large screen is a great tool providing a visual overview of one’s teeth, too.) He also, clearly explains the reasoning behind what is required to maintain/improve my dental health. Taking time to answer all questions. And, no pain!
