Just finished my first visit here. I haven't been to the dentist in 6.5 years due to having very sensitive teeth and issues with high pitched noise making dental visits a real torture session. I told my issues to Dr Anderson and he worked to make my visit a breeze. Will definitely have him as my permanent dentist.😃

The dentist was great. The staff was very professional. They got me in a very timely manner. And did my root canal the very same day with absolutely no wait. And I felt No pain. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fresh Dental turned out to be a great choice for Chris this Senior Veteran. As one of the first civilians in Iraq who developed a case of severe abscess teeth! Emergency extraction along a runway in back of a Army truck in wartime conditions.
That was a horror story! Now 16 years later when those adjacent/ opposite teeth 🦷 we’re ready to be removed professionally DMD TREVOR WORTLEY & and his trusted Dental Hygienist treated me wonderfully! Now with a few new crowns and complete refurbishment of my mouth I am one pleased client for life. Wonderful location & Fresh Smile 😃

I have extremely high quality expectations for dental care. I spent over 20 years at a dental office that use to reach my goals. Time started to show that the quality of care I needed was me needing to change teams. This all in the #Corona time was even more scary.
I have a social media following and so my smile is priority in my life in many ways. When I came to this location the world was in crisis. I was in serious need of help. Do to my pain I was not very tolerant to anything. The damages prior had me terrified. I felt no dentist could fix what happened. The Fear and my emotions🤯🥵😢 came out badly.
I was wrong. This team didn’t care how many times I said I was scared, or what nobody could do to fix the mess. They just went into action with love.
This team took over like a #pro!!! They got me into emergency surgery. While they called to check on me all along the way. They did everything 100% and beyond. They gave me options and honest advice. They heard me and made things happen quickly. One week later I have better than I anticipated.
To smile and eat vegetarian food. To laugh and not feel #Anxiety. To be able to #smile and not fear anything is priceless. It's priceless to find a team of this magnitude!!! Polite and friendly service. Although I was told I had cavities (which had never happened before), the dentist was kind enough to show me where and how they formed so that I understood how it happened and what I could do to prevent them in the future. Also was great with my 2 year old.

My first visit went very smoothly, so I anticipated nothing different from going again. On my second visit, I wanted to get whitening done in addition to certain work done on my teeth. Dr. Alan Anderson may be very efficient at his job, which is why I'm not giving a lower score, but he does a poor job at setting the appropriate expectations of how certain aftereffects can or will happen on your teeth. So on the date of 07/12 when I set my appointment to get my whitening done, I was never educated that certain parts of each tooth can noticibly be whiter and uneven, this procedure lead to my teeth having literal spots and uneven discoloration. To be frank, I'm furious because it's an obvious blemish, and especially in my field of work where I deal with clients in close up settings, this could negatively impact my bottomline. I do not mistrust what Dr. Anderson said that my teeth will return to normal after 2 weeks, but had I been more mentally prepared I wouldn't be writing this review.

Due to insurance issues and the faulty scheduling on their part, my daughters were denied their 6 month cleanings and were asked to return the following day. Keep in mind, this is after three confirmations (two texts and a phone call) from the office and after taking off work half a day and my girls missing half a day of school. The girls' father was not happy to say the least but only wanted the situation fixed in a way that did not include having to miss anymore school or work. After the office manager rudely told him to not yell (I was on the phone with him and I can vouch for him that he was NOT yelling) he proceeded to ask for the owner's contact information in which she provided the management company's contact information, not the owner's. We've since made appointments for my daughters at another dentist's office. However, I received a certified letter today from Fresh Dental stating they were discontinuing dental treatment for my daughters and they do not feel this type of relationship is attainable between myself and their office. This is an understatement, Fresh Dental. Also, thanks for FURTHER wasting my time for forcing me to go to the post office to claim a certified letter.

Also, not surprised to discover that this establishment is not BBB accredited.
