I love everything about Fresh Dental! Dr.Anderson and his staff are amazing! They have really helped me gain my confidence and self-esteem back. I will forever be a loyal patient!!

I am new to Tyler so I was hesitant on a new dentist. My appointment with Dr. Wortley and his staff was excellent. They made me feel like I had been one of their patients for years. I am glad that I came to them and look forward to having a long relationship with this dentistry.

First visit , my dentist was Trevor he is
personable, professional and made me comfortable during my treatment. Awesome staff 👏. Will definitely refer my friends and family.

I have been coming to this particular office at South Tyler since 3 years ago, Doctor Alan and his team are awesome, I always leave the office with a big smile on my face!
Everybody at this place is very friendly and polite.
I highly recommend it!

Fresh Dental is by far the best office I’ve been to for my dental care. The staff is super friendly and reassuring, and they were able to make me feel good about my smile again.

I love the clean and friendly environment here at Fresh Dental. Everyone is kind and helpful. The lobby is classy and the offer cold complimentry waters. The restroom is clean and they offer Listerine and new tooth brushes. 👏👏👏👏 I certainty recommend all my friends and family to stop in.

This office canceled my appointment as I was sitting outside in the parking lot because there was a miscommunication with appointment scheduling time and now they won't even see me!! They wanted me to reschedule for next available when I have waited a MONTH for this GD appointment!! Luckily, I was able to get in with East Texas Dental Association and that's where I would recommend services. At least they care about their potential patient and work with them to be seen especially when there's a issue. Like really 🙄

UPDATE: Okay so the other office isn't in my network so I had to come back 🙄 && HONESTLY, I'm glad I did. Fresh Dental has a great staff and once you get over the scheduling hurdle, it's evident. Thank God, I was able to get in sooner due to a cancellation and now I'm in the process of getting my teeth fixed 😁 Also, I probably wouldn't have updated the review if it wasn't for Ray and Kat!! I hope the location manager rewards them somehow because they actually read my review and came to me during appointment with questions on how to IMPROVE!! NOT ONE MANAGER REACHED OUT ABOUT THR BAD REVIEW 👀

All in all 4 Stars ⭐ because the first experience was so horrible.

Couldn't speak more highly of this business. Everyone was very courteous and professional. My cleaning was 100% pain free and the most thorough I've ever had. My daughter had a meltdown getting a cavity filled and Dr. Anderson showed more patience with her than I could have asked for.

Fresh Dental Hwy 64 West, 3days ago

Rude, Disrespectful Theresa, office person, but Dr Richards is the BEST. Why, she Text me with her name when no one has done that all other text before. Saying the boys need appt, but yet they called me 5 times Friday as I was trying to get 1 of them there by 10. We got there at 1010am, and she put us behind to be seen. We waited 1.5hours later and nothing was done but xrays. The appt, for the other 2 should been set, when the girl cant calling making me late.
My boys been coming to FRESH for years and we never had a problem until the last month on 7th of April, when the office lady "Theresa", who is not wearing a badge, started yelling in front of the boys in the front lobby and in the entry hallway about our service dog Rocky. Rocky has been coming here and everywhere for years and he wears his attire & has nevered encountered any problems from nowhere else. I reported her to a guy, mger, but he obviously has condone her behavior by his actions of doing nothing. On April 12th, we was bck but she wasn't in the office and it was a great day. She appears to be a pidhy type person and very DEMANDING in her own way. I dpnt tolerate no one yelling at me and my boys are not use to confrontation of any kind bc they dont see that at home. I spoke to the her boss tg hat partners with Fresh and he claims, he ralked to her and pretty much thats it. Her attitude still is SNOBBY and he Refuses to she her ways and defends her. He told me today on the 30th, April that I will need to talk to her bc thats " HER HOUSE", and I told him, I will continue to allow the boys to see Dr. RICHARDS bc he is a EXCELLENT dentist but I WILL NOT TOLERATE disrespect and pushy staff of his. I don't have no problems with any1 but her. To PROVE MY POINT, I always get TEXT reminders and it has NEVER had a name from the person sending the TEXT TIL TODAY, AFTER WE LEFT bc she made Kentavion appt last 1.5hours b4 we was SEEN. She deliberately sent me a TEXT from a separate number and let me know its her. Why do that, if we don't see EYE TO EYE. But yet the man over her today, refuses to see that she has been picking and will continue to with anyone that she can get away with doing it too. She has ALREADY discriminated against our SERVICE DOG on the 7th of April, but that DID NOT WORK and now still being CONTROLLING. If others are HAVING these same issues, yall
need to complain as well. She may act better for awhile, but her original RUDE BOSSY ways will SNEAK bck up. This is not okay at any business and to keep down conflicts, I totally avoids her and allow Dr RICHARDS helpers set our appts but I will not be BULLY BY NO ONE PERIOD. My grandson was listening to the man and he thought it was pointless, for me to have wasted my talk and concerns about Theresa. He is not helping the situation but, WE HAVE NEVER HAD THESE PROBLEMS IN ALL THESE YEARS TIL HER. I will NOT tolerate DISRESPCT NOT BULLING from no one and we have NEVER HAD to from anyone else or any other business.
3 days ago. Her manger, tells me, I need to DEAL with her, there is other STAFF I can deal with and is much more POLITE and Pofessional and thats
GREAT with me. He tolerates and olay her BEHAVIOR agaisnt the CUSTOMERS and SHE KNOWS IT. This does NOT fix issues but makes them worst.

Dr Anderson and all staff were absoultely amazing! Very caring and sweet! Worked wonderful with my 2 boys and were very informative about what they were doing as they went along. The only thing I would like to see different would be a childrens area that was more inviting for xrays and such you don't get the pediatric dentist feel in the office but they are wonderful with the kids!
