Really friendly and helpful staff. My only reason for not giving five stars is because our insurance is accepted for only some of the services. It would be way more convenient for clients if all services were covered.

Just finished my best dental experience in my 69 years of life. Had a wonderful hygienist that performed the best, pain free cleaning that I have ever
had. DMD Trevor Wortley administered an exam that was fully explained and provided me with information on my immediate dental needs and those issues that could wait awhile to be done. Trevor was not only professional but, very personable. I will recommend this dental office to all I come in contact with.

I really like Dr. Anderson , he was very personable and explained in detail how he intended to proceed with my treatment and why ... Dr. Wortley and his team were great! I had an emergency and had to get my tooth out ASAP. I've never been there before, but they still squeezed me in same day, no issues (on their part, on the insurance side, that's a whole other ordeal). Even though my tooth was severely infected, he was able to get it out without me feeling a thing! Plus, this is the only dentist office I've been to that offered me a weighed blanket. That thing so comfortable! I definitely recommend Fresh Dental!

Don’t recommend at all. I have since moved from Tyler, so this review may be a bit outdated, but I felt like I did not get an adequate cleaning or exam. I had been without dental insurance for 2 years during my postdoctoral work and KNEW my teeth were not in stellar shape prior to presenting to Fresh. A bit irrelevant, but when taking x-rays, they also never asked me if I was pregnant, something that I find astonishing as someone of child bearing age.
After I left the area, got a new job, and new insurance, I scheduled a dental appointment and 6 cavities were discovered... 6 months after my cleaning with Fresh. My new dentist said that the caries were advanced enough to where they should have been previously identified.
I know that there are a lot of variables that may come into play with the development of cavities, but that is just not acceptable. I felt compelled to come back and write a review now, more than a year later, after I got back from an appointment with my current dentist because I was stunned at the juxtaposition between the subpar care I received at Fresh and the excellent care I had just received. Fresh Dental is a disappointment.

Very professional and friendly. Made me feel very welcomed and walked through every step of treatment plan with me and answered my questions about everything. Set me up for treatment quickly. Would definately tell my friends to go to fresh.

The receptionist is very rude
Call for an appointment and told her my wife’s tooth that was repaired there the filling was coming loose and is sensitive
My wife is disabled with brain injuries from a car wreck and this lady treated her like something on her the bottom of her shoe
And kept making Excuses to why it was hurting and
Saying things that was upsetting my wife.
The Dentist there was very nice to visit that we will just post was not meant for him this post is meant by the front counter receptionistJust want to problem solved without the drama or rudeness of the front receptionist

I am pleased with this, my children's first, visit to Fresh Dental on South Broadway in Tyler. The staff and dentist are very friendly and helpful. They are willing to work with my budget to schedule upcoming appointments. This is the first dental visit for my children that they have actually enjoyed. The staff has been very patient and understanding of my children's difficulties with dental work. Overall happy!

I arrived for my appointment only to learn I didn't have one. The lady I talked to last week Scheduled one for today. Yet she didn't really schedule one. They did work me in since I was having tooth problems. Dentist was good. THEN. I waited and WAITED on someone to bring my paperwork. Brought it but it was not signed. I Waited and waited again for her to come back. I finally got up took off my little bib thingy and left. Your customer service stinks.
