Had a scheduling hiccup in the beginning, but Dr. Anderson took very good care of me while I waited for the new appointment, then had an issue with payment, the office was supposed to go ahead and charge my card for the procedure, so that when I got to the office I could get it done, and go home. They didn't charge it, so I thought I wasnt gonna get the procedure done, but Dr. Anderson pushed my payment and went ahead and did my procedure that day. I've never known any dentist to do this. Thank you Fresh Dental, yall will be getting my repeat business from here on.

Very nice and attentive staff. The office visit flows. The office is immaculate and refreshing.. I came in a whirlwind for other reasons, however interaction with staff helped calm me down. The dentist was knowledgeable and addressed my dental concerns to find a workable treatment plan.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Dentists and all staff I encountered on my two appointments were friendly, helpful and took time to explain all procedures thoroughly. I also like the fact that they use the latest technology from x-rays to treatment. This Fresh Dental office will be my regular dental office from now on.

Came in for my 6 month cleaning and check up and I felt taken care of from even before my appt. I received a phone call to confirm my appt and they explained clearly what practices they have adapted to protect their patients. I was well taken care of as I always am during my cleaning and every issue that arose they explained and helped me work through. Could not recommend Fresh Dental enough! Great team taking care of you every step of the way!

Dr. Wortley is the BEST DENTIST! I have a lot of health issues , but he and his staff , were so thorough, down to earth and they all LISTENED! Dr, Wortley treated me like I was his ONLY PATIENT! That’s love!!
Dr. Wortley, was not above really taking care of me! The staff here is superb! They all made you comfortable. I loved my visit. I drive an hour and half to be a patient that is happy!! No matter the distance! I love this dental practice!!

They take on so many NEW Appointments that you can not get an check up for existing customers until AT LEAST 9 months out.

Unfortunately, I have to revise my review. A lot has changed here in the last year. The facility is still clean and the office is still more or less friendly, but there have definitely been some major changes and not for the better. It seems like they're much more profit-driven than they were previously; at an annual appointment, they not only recommended filling very minor cavities (which is generally recommended to not do for very small ones, as it weakens the integrity of the tooth overall) but they also tried to convince us we should have wisdom teeth pulled. A grown adult in their 30s who has no issues with their jaw, bite, or teeth alignment, no pain related to it, nothing wrong at all. To recommend a major procedure like that is, in my opinion, over the top and irresponsible given the potential consequences and side effects of that kind of procedure. It was clearly an effort to money grab and I'm really disappointed that we experienced that. Unfortunately, we likely will not be back.

Dr. Anderson and his crew are amazing! Like a lot of people, I was really embarrassed and scared of the state my teeth might have been in since it had been a while since I'd gone to the dentist. Well let me just tell you, they make you feel so comfortable right off the bat. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and judgement-free. They completely understand how nervous I am and how low my pain tolerance is and I don't feel judged for it. They totally understand and make sure you're a-okay through the whole thing.
No one ever really likes going to the dentist, but this team genuinely makes me look forward to getting my teeth back in a healthy state. Their pricing is very reasonable, and I got to watch Space Jam while they did my fillings. I'm really excited to be going back soon for my annual cleaning!

I would recommend Fresh Dental to anyone. The front office staff was happy to work with me to determine what my insurance would and would not cover. Dr. Anderson gave me an honest treatment plan. I have experienced Dentists who have told me I needed thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. I highly value Dr. Anderson's integrity and fairness. He replaced my lost filling without deadening or pain. Great work.
