My Dentist

Weatherford location. Everyone from the reception desk to the ladies who took care of me in the back were fantastic. I came in nervous and that was quickly alleviated. I cannot recommend My Dentist enough. Despite my multitude of oral problems Dr. Madera was very informative and sympathetic. Explaining everything thoroughly and answering all questions i had. The extraction procedure was virtually painless and quick. I appreciate every person involved and highly recommend this establishment.

I’ve been to alot of dentists in my lifetime and by FAR my Dentist is the best! Everyone is so friendly and take their time to talk with you about everything from finances to what they can do to keep you comfortable.
I have a major anxiety when it comes to dentists but because they sat with me and let me explain why i have anxiety and what i need from them. I feel 100% comfortable with whatever dental work comes my way.
I absolutely encourage everyone to try them, because I promise you will love them and make them your permanent place to get all your dental work.

They make you feel at home. Very friendly Virginia at the front desk was sweet. And Jessica RDH was wonderful. I think Dr Cox is the best dentist I’ve ever had, and I have been going to dentists at least 60 years. I’m using my husband’s google account to write this review. Lynda Williams

The staff is very professional and personable. I definitely recommend My Dentist.

I have been using MyDentist for quite awhile and even during covid every experience with them has been amazing. Whitney, who usually does my teeth cleanings, is always super friendly and super careful about doing her job well without aggravating my anxiety about being at a dentist. I am at the point now that only major procedures freak me put a bit.

I’ve given this office several “passes” with the poor customer service, but have finally been pushed far enough to write a bad review. The only reason I am alright with the 1 star is because of the “they are nice” factor. If the reviews were for being nice they would be fine, but with this being a business I have to say that I am less than dissatisfied. My original visit was pleasant enough- long, but that’s to be expected on an initial visit. My husbands 1st visit was also fine, except for their trying to upsell with Invisalign (which they have continued to try & get him to do even tho he has said no several times now. Again- whatever… It’s tolerable- just annoying) My second visit was far different. I was taken back to my chair for a little dental work & was basically forgotten (or rather ignored) for 2 HOURS! I saw 3 different patients come, be treated, then leave- all by the same dentist I was supposed to be seen by. They apologized at one point (obviously aware that I was waiting), but said they would be right in to help me. I guess my question is- why is their time worth money, but mine is not? I actually did voice a concern with having other things that I needed to be doing, but they were apparently too busy to be concerned (but at least they smiled 🙄) Eventually the dentist did come & do the procedure (that didn’t really take that long). I had to ask her please not to rush as they were all talking about how behind they were. Again- shouldn’t be my concern, but good gravy- last thing I need is her doing a quick ineffective job. She did do the work carefully (for that I am grateful), but I got the impression that she was a little annoyed with my asking her to please not rush. I was NOT impressed & received several apologies for being overlooked. I was so close to not wanting to return again, but decided to give them another chance. Pretty silly of me to assume I was going to be treated any different in the future. Once we received a bill for a different amount than we had been told I was shuffled around the office with my call, only to have my call dropped. Then when I called back I was on hold for a very long time. I finally had to call back and ask for the office manager. She was very apologetic letting me know this is not how they do business. Now fast forward 6 months to this morning. I have a dental cleaning lined up for tomorrow & I needed to call to reschedule for when I’m not coughing. Easy enough, but darned if they didn’t put me on hold and forget me AGAIN!!! I waited for 10 minutes on hold before calling the office manager and telling her to cancel my appointment as well as any future appointments for my husband. Of course she was nice- they all are, but again- I need good dental care, and while niceness is important- organization & not forgetting about your patients is a GREAT idea! I can’t help but wonder how commonplace this is (with other customers) for them with how much this has happened with me.. Unfortunate…

Amazing doctors and staff! Everyone goes out of their way to make sure the patients are comfortable. I normally see Dr. Karr however due to personal reason she was unable to be at the office and Dr. Cox stepped in and took care of me and did a fantastic job, and she handled both schedules flawlessly. I love both doctors at this office and feel completely comfortable with either one taking care of my teeth. Both Dr. Karr and Dr. Cox are great and the entire team at this office is Fantastic!

I absolutely love the staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. Had bad experiences in past at other dentists so was hesitant but they made me feel comfortable and walked out w a smile. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

As always a great experience. The ladies are so pleasant and remember us all.
Any procedure I have is painless and well done.
I travel 67 miles each way to stay with "My Dentist" and never regret it
