The hygienist was very professional, but I couldn't understand anything the dentist said. She talked so low, I couldn't hear her. Also, I don't like how I cant get a deep cleaning and my cavities filled in one appt.. The plan is to numb one side at a time at two different appointments for the deep cleaning. Then come back two separate times for them to do cavities on one side, then the other. I normally use Mint Dentistry, and they will fill the cavities on whichever side they numb when they do the deep cleaning. At Mint it would only be two appointments vs the four with Spearmint. I'm still giving them four stars, because I they are very friendly and welcoming. The hygentist was great. I wish I would have remembered her name.

I have received great service every time I visited for the past 3 years from front desk staff. The staff is friendly and efficient and they provide you with payment plan options to help reduce cost of services when possible. Belin worked with me and she was patient and served me with a smile. Others have reported long wait times, even after a scheduled appointment. The longest I've had to wait is 30 mins. For the first time the dental hygienist I worked with appeared rushed and careless ( both during this visit and the initial visit where I had X-rays completed). I'll continue to observe the service I receive and amend my review as necessary.

After 6 years with no dental visit I decided it was time. I could not be more satisfied. The staff was very polite and answered all of my questions. The dentist offered advise and went above and beyond his duty. He helped fix some life long cosemetic issues that dentist in the past had not even recommend as fixable. I would highly recommend it.
