I want to let you know what I gave a 3 star rating - I went here a couple years ago and spent a couple thousand dollars getting my teeth fixed and was put on hold on finishing the rest because the oral surgeon was supposed to contact me to pull my wisdom teeth and a broken molar I have - I contacted Spearmint multiple times and was told the OS's did their own appointments but was never given a name or number to contact them, and never got an appointment with the OS. My over all basic dental care is 5 stars PLUS - and would be even higher had the OS called me to remove the teeth I need extracted.
Dr. House did an amazing job on my teeth the very first time that I went a couple years ago, and yesterday when I went in I saw Dr. Garrett to have him do an extraction. My blood pressure was high (I take medication for it, but am always nervous when I go to the dentist, plus I had a tooth that was killing me, and when they took the X-ray and had me bite down I thought I was going to throw up it hurt so bad!) Instead of turning me away Dr. Garrett gat the assistant to give me 800mg of ibuprofen to help eliminate as much paid as possible, and hooked me up to the laughing gas to see if that would calm me enough to be able to do the extraction - Thank God that it did because I don't think I could have spent another day with my tooth hurting the way it was.
I am so grateful that they had a cancelation today and were able to get me in first thing this morning. I am going to try getting an appointment with the oral surgeon again, and see if it works this time - if not, I will be changing dentist offices for sure, as one of their major selling points is that it is an all in one dental clinic

Really disappointed in this place considering they have such great reviews. When I went into the office for a cleaning and x-rays I got my x-rays done but was told that they would not have time to do my cleaning that I would need to come back. What I showed up for my son's appointment they can even find an appointment for him in the system. The office staff here is completely incompetent.

I was there 3 hours waiting to have 2 teeth. I've met prison dentist with more personality then the one that was there. Total cost for suggested treatment plan was over $10000 not including the $733 I paid for that day. Made an appointment next day with someplace else not only was it a better experience but complete cost was less then a third of spearmints

Absolutely love this dentist, DDs Sarah and hygienist Colbie, Bridgit, and Julia are super nice. I have always been a nervous patient in the dental chair and these ladies make you feel calm and comfortable. I recommend a visit.
