Spearmint Dental & Orthodontics - Wichita Falls

I originally gave this place 4 stars because the staff was nice and I just thought maybe they were having a bad day (our first visit we waited 1.5hrs for our appointment and even once we were inside everyone seemed very scattered like they had too many things going at one time). Our second visit was just as bad. We checked in, then waited 40min in the car for them to call us inside. I ended up calling them back only for them to tell me my daughter's appointment was somehow deleted off the schedule (even though I'd been getting and responded to the text reminders). Once inside they didn't even take care of what we had actually made the appointment for. We were told we'd need to schedule another appointment for that even though when making the appointment I asked several times if the visit would be to establish care/initial cleaning AND fix the tooth needed and was told yes. We won't be back. Hopefully others have a better experience. (The staff was nice the second time as well, the office is just not run very well)

I have never had a better time at a dentist office! The doctors are amazing. Dr. Ortiz is an amazing orthodontist if you are looking for braces. The office ladies even hooked me up with Thrive insurance to get $1500 OFF my braces!!!

Absolutely love the staff at Spearmint Dental! 💕 They are always so sweet with my boys, take exquisite care of them and their dental needs! 😏 Highly recommend.

This place is great! Before speaking with any hygienist or dentist they took full x-rays of my teeth. It made me feel like they were being really professional and thorough to come up with a great dental plan for me. Colbie was my hygienist and she was so friendly and explained everything clearly before completing any procedures. She made sure I was comfortable and spoke to me along the way to keep me informed. I needed a deep cleaning and she definitely did that! Such a great experience!

Had a quick and easy visit. Went in with some cavities to get fixed and was readily taken care of. Had other issues found that have been scheduled to be fixed in the near future. Dr. Garret was awesome. Good place to come get teeth fixed. Didn’t make it an anxious experience, which is usually the biggie for me and dental visits. Should note that I was offered a free electric toothbrush to complete this review while I still in the office.

Always a fun experience with the excellent staff. They go above and beyond making our appointments quick, friendly and informative.

My daughter has been going to this dentist office from her first dentist appointment till now ! She will be 6 next month ! The dental assistant that she had to day was amazing! She was very informative about what to do to keep her teeth clean and healthy! When we left she said she really like the lady from today ! She had her teeth cleaning and still had good things to say ! That should say a lot ! Thanks for being awesome w Dannie Lynn

Kerri has been wonderful to me! She leaves me feeling like a new woman each time. Her bed rose manner is 10+. You can tell she cares about you and makes you as comfortable as possible. I love her for that!

My daughter is receiving treatment from this establishment and I could not be more pleased with it so far. We were greeted in a timely fashion, the office was extremely clean, neat and organized. The staff worked together to allow the appointment to go as smooth as possible even though it means extra work because of Covid. The entire staff was also friendly and knowledgeable they made me and my daughter feel very comfortable I highly recommend Spearmint dental and orthodontics!

My whole experience was great from when I got there to when I left. The staff were so friendly at the front desk and the hygienist I had was awesome! So informative and friendly! 10/10 would recommend.
