Staff was very friendly. Scheduled me in immediately for a very necessary extraction. Very professional, & by far the best numbing I've ever received. Tooth was extracted very quickly, with no pain.

The office staff and all other employees are always friendly each person from check in to check out knows the job they do well and stay on top of things unlike most other offices you’re appointment is important to them I’ve never had to sit and wait past my appointment time for check ups or dental work everyone does their best to take care of my needs and concerns it is a very well managed office.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr Michael Cagle made me a sleep apnea mouth piece and I couldn't be happier. Dr Cagle explained clearly how the device works, answered all my questions and encouraged me to call if I had any problems or other questions. I'll continue to use Mountain Empire and Dr Cagle for all my dental needs.
