The office staff and My dentist are excellent. Today I had the worst experience ever at a doctors office. The dental assistant was rude, condescending and just not a nice person. She took an X-ray of a molar, she was not gentle. She left the chair in a very uncomfortable position. She was gone a long time. When she returned she shoved a form in front of me and before I was even done reading it and signing it. She asked for me to pay. I have been to this office numerous times, I always pay. She made me feel like I was going to sneak out.
I did leave before seeing the dentist. As much as I love my dentist, I don’t know if I would go back.

I had a very pleasant experience, which is odd i think because a dentist appointment is not something you normally think of as pleasant, but the dental hygienist or assistant that gave me my exam and xrays was very patient, kind, funny and knowledgable and she seemed like she really loved her job and was great at it. Moving quickly but not carelessly to prevent prolonged discomfort when doing the xrays and very attentive. I will definitely be back once my insurance kicks in to get regular cleanings and work done.

Theresa and Tracey have been so professional and caring as they’ve helped me with my Invisalign and answered every question! Shanique has provided thorough cleanings and positive dental advice. The entire office staff are friendly and helpful, beginning with Shannon who greets me and Punky who handles my scheduling and takes my payment. I’m thankful I found such good dental care at Mountain Empire Dental!

Dr.D and all the girls I’ve seen have been absolutely fantastic! They make me feel so comfortable and at ease and explain everything they are going to do which helps me not to be nervous. And they are so gentle. I highly recommend them!

I was very scared , unsure of what tooth was even hurting. But Dr Dinwiddie nailed it. I was kept comfortable and told what was going on the whole time. Not sure who the dental assistant was but She was A1+++ . Had a root canal and have been perfect ever since. I would return if I needed another procedure to Dr dinwiddie . Very gentle hand she has.

Well run office, great hygienists and great dentists. Can’t get much better. Lisa is my hygienist, she is very thorough but gentle. I always leave there with a smile. Everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend this practice.

I came in with a loose crown and come to find out i needed 16 extractions, and a full upper denture. The people here went over the whole plan with me, made me feel confident, when the day of the procedure came , considering i have a severe case of white coat syndrome, they made me extremely comfortable, my procedure was painless and i can now smile with confidence.

The staff here is the most professional I have ever encountered. Not only that, they create an atmosphere of family and show genuine empathy for their patients! They care and it shows. They work hard to make sure you are as comfortable as possible and experience the least pain possible. They know what they are doing. My daughter has only visited their office once, but they were so sweet to her. Amanda was excellent. I would definitely recommend to others! Her previous dentist made her very anxious causing panic attacks. Since they wouldn't allow me to come back with her, I didn't know if there was cause for alarm or not. Eventually I began looking for a new office, and I am so glad that I found Seaver & Pittman. They treated her like a person and not just a medical chart for whom they could issue a bill.
