A cohesive team at this place! My hygienist explained what she was doing and was thorough with what I needed and with reminders and my next appointment. I higjly recommend this practice for kids, too. They welcome the often friendly, boisterous, and unassuming nature of kids and this is a great help to parents.

I have severe dentist anxiety and I have honestly never felt more comfortable than I do at Mountain Empire Dental. Candace was my dental hygienist and she is absolutely terrific! Everyone was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience all the nurses and doctors and reception staff are exceptional. They treat you with respect and are all courteous. I was nervous and they treated me wonderful. I would recommend this Dental office all the time what an awesome place

My family and I have consistently gotten wonderful care over the last 14 years... couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!
Also, I recently returned for a routine appointment and was extremely (!) impressed with all of the very detailed precautionary measures taken during this Pandemic.
As always, they’re just a “step ahead”...

I had 3 crowns done today. Dr. Seaver is an excellent dentist and is a perfectionist when doing any dental procedure. The dental assistants and administrative staff are all very good and very friendly. I highly recommend Mountain Empire Dental.

This group are awesome, always smiles and giggles. They have my high regards especially concerning my Service Animal, they took cautions with him while doing X-Rays and working on my teeth so he knew I was alright. Thanks so much from Carol & Little Harley

My husband and I use Mountain Empire Dental (Dr. Cagle and his assistant Candace). They provide the best service and superior expertise and are also so kind and friendly to us on every visit. Everyone involved in the location is so very friendly, including the reception staff (Miss Punky) and appointment staff. They are so glad to see you when you come through their door. The automated appointment reminders are also great, so that we don't miss any cleaning or maintenance appointments. When we have an urgent need, they schedule us quickly. We feel fortunate to have them as our Dentist!!!

This place has been an amazing experience, the people there are really kind and they help you unlike other dentist offices ive been to. I highly recommend this office. I have had a lot done at this office, and I do mean a lot. I have put off going to get dental work all my life because of my anxiety, and I finally took the steps to go and im very glad I chose them. I am nervous everytime I go into a dentist office but they made me feel welcomed and help lower my anxiety. I greatly appreciate all the effort they made while doing the work I needed.

I was searching for a good dental office for my oral hygiene needs and I happened to find this office. They have a Virginia office and a Tennessee office. I live in Tennessee so I decided to go with the office in Blountville. I called the office to schedule an appointment and was told that they were unfortunately booked until September. I asked if that was the soonest they could possibly see me and I was told yes but that I could be added to a call list incase of any cancellations. My information was taken to add me to that and then I was asked if I was in any pain and I said yes and they asked about what was going on and how long it had been going on for. I was told to hold for a minute and that they were going to see what they could do to get me in sooner due to that. I came off of hold and was greeting by another person who confirmed the issues I stated were going on and what I was concerned about and she told me to hold for a minute and she would see if there was anything soon for the days I had available and to find a time that would work for me. I came off of hold and she informed me they had a slot available and could move some stuff around and get me in as soon as the next morning and I confirmed. I was greeted by nothing but pure kindness by everyone I had encountered over the phone and the day of my appointment my wait time was minimal, as well as being met by friendly staff once taken back to be seen. I am very nervous with dentists and had put off going because of a bad experience when I was younger but Blountville office but me at ease and made me feel at home. They were very informative of what they were doing as well as answering any questions that I had on my care I received.They addressed issues I was concerned about and talked over a game plan for my treatment before it began and for my future treatments that would need to take place. I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist office and I’m glad I found my place. I could not recommend this place enough. If you’re worried about your dental problems or are scared of dentists, this place is for you. They put you at ease from the moment you call all the way to your trip in and as you walk out the door.
