I am very impressed by the professional but casual atmosphere! Very friendly people and I highly highly recommend this dental office!! 1/11/23 Update: I still highly recommend Mountain Empire Dental. Kara is the best hygenist I believe I have ever had!

Everyone always calls you by name and remembers details about your life that are important to you. They feel more like a family member than a dental office. They take expert care of your dental health and go out of the way to make sure your are comfortable and informed about your care.

I was seen almost immediately and Dr. Cagle and Lisa always provide excellent service. Thank you

I was with another dentist closer to home for years, but wasn't very satisfied with my experiences there so I tried Mountain Empire Dental. I am so happy I did - they offer top notch service and everyone I have encountered has been so kind - really great people! They really go all out to make you comfortable, aware of what's going on step by step, and educate you on various options to address your issues. I am picky about dentists and I am so glad my search is over! Thank you Mountain Dental and Dr. Cagle - you all are amazing!

I had not been to the dentist since I was 8 years old, and when I tell you these people are the best I am not exaggerating. They always make me feel so welcome and at home when I am scared. My doctor is awesome, staff is EXCELLENT, and building is always clean. I love these people and will always go here for my dental procedures; you should too! They will take good care of you. ❤️🦷

Fillings are supposed to last atleast 7 years. Sometimes 20. Mine lasted a little over a year and then they were just like oops sorry we don't take your insurance anymore.? Now I guess I'm losing my tooth eventually because of their mess up because now I can't find a dentist that accepts my insurance .

My first visit was great. Everyone I met was very friendly, pleasant, and extremely nice. I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist. Lisa was amazing. She was very gentle and thorough taking my x-rays and explained everything she was doing and why. She didn't try to rush anything, she took a lot of time going over my options and explaining every thing to me. Then she made up multiple treatments plans and explained every detail so I could understand what needed done and why. Her and Dr. Cagle was very understanding about my anxiety and gave me options on how to try to make me as calm and comfortable as possible. I've had horrible encounters with previous dentists (hence the anxiety). I felt so relieved leaving that I think I found a place I can actually trust. I am very sure once the work begins they will be just as amazing as they was my first appointment. I've already recommended my friends and family too. If the next appointment goes as well as the first I will continue to see them and recommend them to people I know.

I decided to go to Mountain Empire after a referral from a family member. I could not have been treated better. They take time to explain everything they are doing and go over your insurance to make sure you have the best treatment plan available. As someone who has always been anxious about visiting a dentist, they totally made me 100% comfortable and I will now have no problems visiting the dentist regularly. Thanks to everyone there for making this a great experience and I will recommend them to everyone.

Had a terrible toothache. Called them and they got me in within the same hour that I called and I had never even been there before. They took care of me as if I was their own child basically. Was very nice and welcoming. I was in a lot of pain and they handled everything super gentle and fast. Made the experience very comfortable with conversations as if they had known me my whole life. Will definitely be back whenever I need dental work of any kind! Would highly recommend.

I love this place. We had a very bad experience with a pediatric dentist with our oldest and we were so happy to learn we could bring our kids here where we had gone for years. They have seen all three of my babies and all three of them love going. We've even had a few cavities filled with no issues. I can't tell you how great it is to be able to trust them to take my kids back there. And, unlike the pediatric dentist, they've always been accepting and happy to have us go back with the kids, and we did up until regulations changed with COVID. Even my three year old will happily go back with them and she does not generally interact much with people she doesn't know well. Also, I am hard of hearing and this is the only medical facility I have ever been to where I don't have to remind them. They accommodate me perfectly every time. We love everyone there!
