Mountain Empire Dental

My previous dentist retired, so I needed a new one. After looking around I found Mountain Empire Dentil. The entire staff is so caring, helpful and pleasant. Glad that I found them, very pleased.

Best dentist ever! I am normally terrified of the dentist but once I walked in the doors I had a sense of relief! Everyone is super nice and the hygienist and dentist I seen was Incredible! They take their time and listen to your needs and what you want to have done! I am very pleased with the outcome and I can not wait to have my smile back!

I thought I would have a difficult time getting in to see the dentist with how crazy things have been lately. I called and thinking I would have to wait forever to get an appointment, but to my surprise I was booked and seen within a week. Everyone I dealt with today was beyond wonderful. The entire staff was extremely helpful. From getting my insurance problem taken care of to making me feel like I had been a part of their customer family for years. I still have to go back and have work done but I am actually looking forward to my next visit in a few days. I would definitely recommend giving Mountain Empire Dental a call if you need to find a new dentist.

We have had a hell of a time trying to find anyone to treat us due to covid-19. We live over an hour away and Mountain Empire Dental was kind enough to get us in a quickly as possible for my year old son's toothache. They had to refer us to a pediatric dentist for additional treatment but they were excellent with him. I was very impressed. I will be making an appointment for myself now. They were even willing to work with me and try to figure out what we can do to solve our issue. I highly recommend them

I have been going here for 30 years. Always professional. I appreciate how any procedure done is thoroughly explained and questions are welcomed. I’ve had my wisdom teeth removed, bridge added, root canal, crown and fillings replaced. All procedures went well with no issues. They make sure their patients are cared for and comfortable. I highly recommend Mountain Empire Dental.

Friendly, trustworthy staff. I am terrified of going to the dentist, but they always make me feel comfortable. I even trusted them enough to let my kids go inside for their cleanings without me (due to COVID-19 regulations). They are wonderful. Highly recommend.

I had a really good experience at this office today. First time visiting and I figured I would have a bit of a wait (since I had to do paperwork) but I was actually back and getting my xrays done before my scheduled appointment time. I did show up 15 minutes early... but I still think it was a fast turn around. Everyone in the office was super nice and courteous. Very happy I chose these folks to help maintain my teeth!

A vaneer came off my tooth, and they got me in quickly. Chris was great, and Dr. Lawson did a wonderful job. Thank you.

Fantastic experience! Where do i begin?!...from the receptionist to the Dr. everyone was so friendly and kind to me. Dr. Caggle was awesome as well, he was able to get my rotted wisdom tooth out in quick order and without any complications. I needed an "emergency visit" because of the pain about a week prior to getting the extraction and they were able to see me that very same day. Which is usally not the case because of appointments and the sort. I cannot say enough great things about Mountain Empire Dental, they are just such compassionate and professional folks. Punky was also extremely helpful in helping me get my tooth extracted. I didn't have the money to give them that day and yet they still worked with me. I truly think that driving an extra 20 miles for such a pleasant experience is worth it. I hope to keep seeing them and keep them as my primary dental place. Wonderful people, just a blessing really to have been introduced to them by a coworker of mine. I am truly grateful to ALL of the lovely people that have helped me at "MED" and thankful as well. I would recommend them to anyone for ANY dental needs, because they do care and it definitely shows. May God bless you all at "MED" and your familys as well. Thank you so very much for everything, i can chew food now and not be in excruciating pain.

Dr. Seaver was great ! I had my very first ever Root Canal done. Even though my tooth gave him trouble and it took him longer I still had no pain. Looking forward to getting all my teeth redone. My previous dentist was good but it was a long time ago so I need to get everything reworked. Everyone is so nice at Mountain Empire !!
