My son had accident and broke both permanent front teeth out 😖 it was very traumatic experience and we took him to couple different places and Dr Cagle at Mountain Empire who he ended up seeing him and staff have been absolutely excellent my son has diagnoses of Asperger Autism and they been absolutely awesome explaining it to him and answering all his questions and mine. It’s been such wonderful experience every time we have been I highly recommend this office. He feels super comfortable with them and their really great people that makes going to dentist way easier for him and that means easy for mom too

Everyone there is so friendly and caring. They really care about their patients and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and pain free. I absolutely hate going to the dentist but the people here really made my visit pleasurable. Thanks to Dr. Cagle, the nurses, and the office staff. 5 stars all around!!!

Everyone at this office is so kind! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome! Kyla does a great job! And Kelly is amazing with my son!! I can’t say enough good things!

I went in for a pair of crown replacements that I was putting off and a possible filling that couldn’t be seen until a crown was removed. I’m anxious anytime my teeth are involved but Dr Cagle and his staff were very accommodative to make sure I was relaxed and at ease. Discomfort was minimal, the work went smoothly and thankfully gas is available for us nervous types. The office is very careful about virus transmission and everything is sanitized and waiting room seating is spaced safely.
A real plus is that they can make the crowns right there in the office and install them during the initial visit. No second visit after 2 weeks with a temp crown! It was great to hear there was no filling needed also.

They have a modern facility, professional staff, and current technology. Highly recommended!

The staff is Always very friendly to both my wife and I and take the time to establish a connection . The practice itself seems to be run well as I have noticed the technicians seem to be knowledgeable and empowered to complete more procedures than any other dentist operation I have experienced. Equipment and process much more advanced than what I have ever experienced as well .
We are very glad we found your practice after we moved here from Roanoke ! The first dentist we went to in Abingdon did not hold a candle to your operation.

We had our dentist appointments today and as always they took very good care of us! While I was finishing up getting my teeth cleaned, they made a team effort to help me control my 3 year old. This is a great office with great dentists. You will not be disappointed with your visit!

My grandchildren ages 4 and 11 yrs had a visit to this office for the first time. Neither one said “ouch” throughout the whole visit. The hygienist and Dr.D explained everything to them as they went, with language and analogies they understood. The receptionist was so very sweet and friendly when we arrived and the person that checked us out explained the dental plans in detail. We had no expectations going in but on the way out I was so happy to have chosen them to take care of my babies. They allowed me to come back and stay with them for the entire visit. That was a concern for me. I didn’t want them out of my sight with strangers for all of the obvious reasons but when I asked if I could come back with them the response was “if they want you to”. This impressed me so much that they were giving my kids the choice. I would have respected whatever answer I received but thankfully they wanted me to come to the back with them. My kids are exceptions and are very brave with new experiences but I couldn’t have asked for it to go any better. I 100% recommend this place!!!

This is where we take my daughter, who is 12. All the staff there is very friendly and professional. We had a bad experience at the last dentist she went to, so we were thankful to find Mountain Empire Dental. Thank you so much for always taking such good care of my daughter, and making her comfortable when she gets nervous.

Dr. Cagle and the team have been great while I'm doing a dental implant. No pain with initial procedure (during and after). Very clean office and equipment. Waiting area comfortable and homey. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I have been going to Dr Seaver for years and I can say that he and his staff are the best. He has capped many of my teeth and I have no complaints. If you have an emergency, his staff does their best to work you in ASAP. My husband could not get in to see his regular dentist or any other office for dental clearance in order to start chemo/radiation on time and Dr Seaver saw him immediately so he could start therapy. He and his staff are the only dentists I will ever go to.
