Love this place but the hygienist I had yesterday totally drowned me. She didn’t seem to know where to put the device to draw water out of my mouth. It kept sucking up my cheek. Never had my mouth hurt so badly. I’m sure she will get better with time.

the stuff is so nice!! i brought my mom to this location she leave other side of town about 45 minutes a way but we dont care drive to here cuz is worthy they Have been definitely helped my mom is been so happy!!

From The front desk to the cleaning and the doctor 5stars. I was concerned switching locations bc they are great on Staples Mill in Richmond but Chester held up the standard.
Oath Accountability Project
Billing department doesn't call you back no matter how many times you call or how long you wait. Haven't heard anything for 6 months after waiting but they'll send you a super confusing (on purpose) bill in the meantime while they don't tell you anything.
Edit: I have insurance which I was told everything would be covered except a small percentage but got a denial letter now VFD won't call me back.
Update: Got a large bill with a late fee. They waive the late fee because their system doesn't account for time spent going back and forth for insurance. Was told my bill was still $400. After saying I was quoted a much lower price and asking for a more detailed bill, I was placed on hold and magically they found an error and my bill was reduced to $75. Will not go back.
