Very good dentist. The billing department is relentless. Even while sending payments they will send harrasing notices. I will never use them again. During a pandemic while making payments for a small bill the level of mail I got was ridiculous. Being a bully bill collector is wrong. Especially when someone is trying.

sat down with them got all pre approved with my insurance asked numerous times if we were all good insurance wise was promised repeatedly that i was OK had the first procedure done and paid my part of bill as soon as i came months later i get another bill and letter saying my insurance denied claim come to find out per the ins. co. instructions procedures needed to be done in certain order which they didn't do so now the patient has to pay went there sat down with billing person who didn't seem to interested in helping me so i called yesterday 05/04/2020 and offered to pay half which i was told no. do not go here they will figure out a way to charge you even if you have insurance.

Dr. Wong absolutely ROCKS! He took me after a few previous dental visits and quickly diagnosed my situation of a broken bridge. He and his Dental Asst (Katelyn), who is just as Fantastic, helped me get connected with the VA for coverage of this expensive procedure. Well I must add, after two visits, I have my brand new bridge installed right before the holidays and it fits beyond expectations. Well done Virginia Family Dentistry, Dr. Wong and Team! This team will be my dental "Go To" outside the VA if allowed. I must add, the front-office, billing ladies (Deanna and Nora?) are just as Amazing; they too work endlessly to assist with the connection to the VA with the holidays approaching. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with this dentistry! I'm new to the Chester area and I was looking for a new dentist for my daughter and I. I went to a dentistry before this one, children's dentistry of Virginia and I was highly unimpressed. Thankfully I found this dentistry and I'm so happy I did. The staff are super friendly. Dr. Cash is great with my 7 year old daughter. Excellent actually! His assistant was great as well. I can't even find one thing that I didn't like about this dentistry. Even their accounting policies are great! I believe I've found a dentistry for life!

I have always hated going to the dentist, so I am always feeling nervous, however my hygienists apparently figured this out, she always engages small talk about my grandchildren and things going on, she doesn't just rush in , just to get her job done. Everyone from Dr. Lopez, my hygienist and the office staff are always pleasant. It make my visit much more bearable and less tense for me.
